They were able to come out after hours, and the time the dispatcher gave me was the time the technician said he’d be there, and he showed up on time! Jesse texted me when he was approximately 20 minutes away so I was well aware of his arrival. He was extremely professional, polite & he explained everything thoroughly. He also showed me several things throughout the process & answered all of my questions. He took the time to ensure I had an understanding of opening & closing shut-off valves to ensure some of my still frozen pipes would not burst as they thaw. My experience with Jesse & his “helper” was very pleasant! Best service I’ve had in my home by far! I will most definitely utilize Bill Fry for any future needs as Jesse’s knowledge & positive attitude made my stressful situation become a minor inconvenience! By far the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Not only are they very personable, but very honest and work with integrity. They worked tirelessly to fix a shower leak we had. They explained the issue thoroughly to me and helped me understand. They also were very respectful to my house (they wore shoe booties) and cleaned up when they were done. I 100% trust them if I ever have an issue, again.

My technician Ebony was courteous and professional. However she couldn't completely clear my floor drain. She indicated my drain pipe might be rusted out. I think maybe a bigger rotor bit might work to clear the drain.

Great company, had plumbing emergency on a Friday where the main sewer line got backed up in the house. This was the only company that would come out on same day before the weekend.
