Don’t usually leave reviews, but am very pleased and relieved that our basement won’t be flooding anymore (especially since we needed help fast with tonight’s forecasted storm). We needed a plumber to fix a clogged drain in our kitchen sink. We had already had another plumbing company out to see us TWICE and they could not find the problem. We called Bristol and they were very accomodating. Mike was on time and very professional. In a very short time, he and his coworker fixed the drain, cleaned up and I felt like they were very reasonable with their fee. I will definitely call them next time we have any plumbing issues. I highly recommend them.

Service tech was very nice and very professional. He let us know what options we had for repair and that it would be more worth while to replace than repair our dryer. We appreciated his transparency and guidance.

Bill Fry and his plumbers are professional and great communicators. I needed a garbage disposal removed and a new large sink and faucet installed. Also needed a water line to my new fridge. We had an excellent experience working with Chase. He was extremely thorough regarding what we needed and did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. His knowledge, expertise, workmanship and responsiveness were exceptional. I highly recommend him if you are ever in need of replacing a warer heater.

Keith came over on Tuesday to inspect our kitchen faucet, which was leaking. He was able to identify the problem right away, and was upfront about how he could look for a replacement part, get it shipped (which would take weeks (we verified this with reviews of Glacier Bay)), and installed, but that would be more expensive than just replacing it. He gave us a recommendation of brands (Moen or Delta), and we were able to get one for him to come back out on Thursday to install.

He installed the sink in ~30 minutes, and was clean and efficient. We were able to pay by card, and we were even given a discount because of a scheduling miscommunication on our part.

We will definitely be using KP Plumbing again when the need arises!

I had gotten several bids to repair/replace a shower faucet valve - all of which involved removing/reinstalling several large tiles and costing low four figures. Travis was the only one to actually LOOK AT the cartridge and suggest I search online for a replacement that he could install without resorting to, as he called it, a nuclear option. With the part number he found and photos I took, I was able to locate the exact cartridge - under $40! I ordered 2, he replaced the one and coached me on how to do it myself if needed. Cost? Low three figures! Absolutely top notch.

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs

I had a shower and sink backing up and needed it taken care of quickly. I called first thing on a Friday thinking I would have to schedule for next week, but they were able to come out same day! Within in a couple hours from my phone call, they were out to my house and had diagnosed what was causing the back up was not a main line issue, but some old plumbing. They quickly cut out the problem pipe, installed a working piece and solved my problem. Could not be more happy with the response time and how quickly my problem was taken care of. Also Cory was great at explaining the issue and the fix. I will be using Zoom Drain again if I run into any other problems.
