On a very hot 100 degree plus Saturday. My Mother In law's A/C went out I called Climate control and they were able to come out on a weekend, quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired it with parts on board and had my Unit up and running within a hour of getting here. This review is long overdue. The work was done back in the summer of 2021. It’s summer of 2023 and it’s been going strong. Everyone from KB Complete I worked with was very helpful and professional. Special thanks to Alex Sackuvich and Gabino Soriano who stayed late to finish the sump pump installation and back flow valve. Gabino did an amazing job with the concrete patch, flawlessly tied to the existing concrete floor. Alex did a very clean professional installation of the sump pump and the connecting PVC. I would highly recommend anyone to hire KB Complete for their house.
