Daniel communicated and arrived on time. He put a camera with a light down my floor drain. I saw on camera where the break in the line is. He even put a mark on the basement floor where it is broken for me. He explained the costs involved and the different scenarios that could happen, once they remove the concrete and get in there. This scope was free. I got an email with my estimate within minutes! Daniel was very knowledgeable and pleasant!

I am glad to have worked with Chase and KC Water Heaters. Not only did he take the time to educate me on my very old gas water heater and how to optimize gas and heat efficiently, but he was a very pleasant person to talk to. Compared to other companies, he was very knowledgeable, communicative, and passionate about his work. I absolutely appreciate this. We hired The Sewer Doctors for a sewer line camera inspection, and they performed the inspection quickly and professionally. The job was complete in 20 minutes, and the inspector walked me through what he had found, provided a maintenance recommendation, and emailed me a video and a report. Honestly, exactly what I wanted from an inspection.
The reason I hired them in the first place was because they were one of the only companies actually willing to tell me a price when I called them. Meanwhile, I called 3 other plumbing companies, and all of them refused to even give me a range of what it might cost, saying they would only tell me after they send someone out. I know that is a recipe for high pressure sales tactics, and I was not interested in that kind of business behavior.
