Essary Plumbing was really put to the test with our plumbing issue and they passed with flying colors! These guys are the best! They came to find the blockage in our pipes, using a camera to see what the problem was. It looked like one thing, so they pushed with two different pieces of equipment (making two trips in one day!), but the clog wouldn't budge. Acid was the next thing to try, but it wouldn't dissolve the clog, so the only option left was to cut my wall and the pipe (cast iron) to remove the clog. They did and they took great care with my house and its contents, covering things with plastic, cutting the smallest space possible in the wall and removing the clog (a dead squirrel, the first they'd ever seen in 75+ years of combined plumbing experience!). They replaced the pipe and my issue was solved. Best of all, they took the squirrel with them when they left! They really cared about my issue, working late, making several trips, and even coming in on a Saturday to work on my clog because they knew we were inconvenienced by this clog. This was the first time I'd used Essary; they were recommended to me by my regular plumber because of their camera, but I'd recommend them to anyone for any plumbing issue. They are friendly, clean, very knowledgeable, and work hard. They care about your problem and take good care of your home. And if they can figure out a dead squirrel climbed down my vent pipe and got into my cast iron plumbing pipe and get that disgusting thing out, I imagine they can handle about anything else.

I bought an as-is home which required me to update the plumbing and this company was very professional. The owner came out himself to see what needed to be done and the price was very reasonable and he offered different warranty options. Afterwards, he did a complete walk thru with me again and showed me everything that was done. I would definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them.

They saved us a bunch of money by lining our sewer line from the house under the road to the main, instead of instead of digging it all up.

Tech#3453 was on time, very courteous, thorough, offered suggestions for troubleshooting future issues - and did it all while providing a smile! At one point he was enjoying fixing my sink so much, he began to whistle while he worked. It's nice to know that with such a difficult job and over 20 years of experience (I was told), he actually still enjoys his job! Well done Roto-Rooter!

Serviceman, Nate, came right on time. He analyzed the problem, got his equipment and went right to work. He gave us a quote and stuck to it when he finished. Very nice technician, worked hard and I could tell he wanted nothing less than a great outcome. I would highly recommend Nate and the company again and would refer them as well. Taylor our repairman show up on time, knowledgeable, professional, quick and reliable and friendly on repairing our shower faucet which we had repaired by another company that wasn’t fixed correctly the first time and took a painful 3-1/2 hours.

Taylor knew what to do and repaired our shower faucet and took him a total time of 30 minutes top. We are so happy for his skillful repair work! The cost was small. We appreciate him and Above and Beyond for their great professional services. Will definitely call them again if we need and plumbing repairs. I would recommended this company to anyone needing a plumber!!

Jake went above and beyond to locate a secondary and then a tertiary problem we had that were unrelated to the initial call but actually complicating it all. He could’ve just done the basics and in a few days these other problems would’ve shown up. I’m very thankful that he took the time to be thorough.

They were able to get to my home in a great timely manner. I had AB May here before them and they could not unclogg my pipe in the kitchen and then they sent a camera tech in and tried to tell me there was all this stuff wrong that wasn't.i am so happy I call snake n rooter for a second opinion and they for sure got the job done right and didn't try to scam me like AB may did. I would highly recommend Affordable Plumbing! Affordable Plumbing came out to repair a faulty U-Line pipe and replace our sewer line using the trenchless method. Throughout the quick and easy process, they were timely, professional, knowledgeable and very quick to get the job done, plus, cost significantly less than the other quotes we received. Rick was extremely responsive, personable and came out on a Saturday morning to finish up the repair work, which was even out of the company's service area. I am very impressed with the level of service, responsiveness and cost, compared to other plumbers I have had experience with in the KC area. Two thumbs up for Affordable Plumbing!
