It initially started off well. They had my wife text some pics of the house and what we needed done. They texted back a reasonable quote. We never received a professional email quote, only a text, but we trusted them. They never came in person to look at the house and see exactly what needed done except for one the start date. Within a few minutes the quote was raised $500. My wife trusting them, just went with it. By the time the work was done, it went up another $200 due to them saying they worked over. So not only did they get us for $700 more than the quote, they didn't even do everything that should have been in with the quote. When we asked about the rest of the work, they proceeded to say it would be almost $400 more because they would need to come back out and they hadn't even picked up the product they needed for the job. I feel my wife got taken advantage of because they new she wasn't understanding their shop talk. We never did get an official quote, only the text quote, so I think they new they had us. We should have fought harder but we were ready to be done. If you use these guys, make sure you get an official email quote of everything they're doing and make sure they stick to it. Learned our lesson the hard way. We were on a budget and now have to wait to get the other work done.

We were new to the Kansas City area and found Mike via a neighbor referral. Mike came out and fixed two shower valves that were not operating correctly. He did this quickly and in a professional manner. He was also very responsive and completed the work at a great value!

Called Saturday night for a Sunday morning appointment. Peter showed up and was able to clear the clog quickly. I highly reccomend this company. 7/5 would use again.

You sent Dillon Martin out right away and he fixed the problem before I had to leave for work!! He was the nicest guy too!! I will highly recommend you and Dillon to everyone. He was very professional☺ Dillion stayed on top of the job having to come back and finish since I had to leave for work. He is so knowledgeable and very nice! He will be my go to plumber from now on.

Highly recommended, we have been using At Your Service for the past 8 years at our business in Olathe KS. We have used them for any problem that we may have had from blocked urinals, toilets, resetting toilets, or sweating 2 inch copper lines that were leaking. Patrick and Alex have been able to help us out in a very timely manner and have been very professional. With a business that employees more than 500 people it is very important to keep all of the restrooms and sinks available for use. I had a great experience with this company. I had a facet, P Trap, and shower head secured inside the wall. I didn't have time to shop for a facet. I thought it was awesome that they already had that supplies. They even showed it to me to make sure I would like it. Bradley and Chris did an amazing job. They came equipped and even came early. These guys were so cool. I highly recommend this company and these two professionals.

Just terrible! I normally do not write reviews, but the service with this company was so bad that I felt an obligation to do so.We contacted Roto-Rotor because we had some water pooling in the front of our house and thought that it was the result of some clogged irrigation pipes. We were not sure if they would handle that sort of issue, but thought it would be worth a try. An appointment was scheduled and Scott (tech #0163) came (albeit late) to provide us with a quote. We decided to have R-R come back out and scheduled a second appointment. That's when things went south...The original appointment was scheduled for Memorial Day. Honestly, we were surprised that they were performing work on a holiday, but didn't think much more about it. Just prior to our appointment, R-R called and told us that Scott would not be able to make it. We were a little annoyed, but figured that it had to do with the holiday. So we scheduled a second appointment for today (6/7). R-R gave us a four-hour window and I was able to get the time off of work.Just prior to noon (the start of the window), R-R called and said that they were on their way. Great! They called a few minutes later and asked what exactly they were coming out there to do. Not a good sign. We explained that Scott was coming to address our irrigation issue. They then said that R-R does would not do that unless we were planning to put in a new sump pump (our sump pump drained into the irrigation piping) at a cost of $4000!!! We said the sump is working fine and we just needed to have the irrigation issue addressed. R-R then said that they were not interested in the job and were not coming out.I am beyond disappointed in R-R's lack of customer service and communication skills. It is also upsetting that they care so little about their customer's time.Roto-Rooter is by far one of the worst companies I had the displeasure of dealing with.Edit: An employee contacted my wife to apologize. He informed me that the work that we were requesting was not handled by them and that we needed to contact a landscaper. While I appreciate the apologize, I still would not recommend.

We needed immediate service because our water heater stopped working. It was a huge inconvenience, and we couldn't wait much longer. We gave Plumbers 911 a call, their operator was kind and friendly, and in less than an hour, Doug arrived to help us out. He resolved the issue fairly quickly, thanks for saving our water heater! Glad we didn't have to buy a new unit!!!

No show No call back runs up bill when he does come he unpacks 10 to15 mins works 1 to 1 1/2 hours packs up 15 to 20 mins day after day not good because he underestimated the work just runs up the bill
