Rob came out within an hour of my original phone call. He has been to our house twice (I love how it's the same person as before!) and has done fast, quality work both times. He was very fair both times with pricing and billing. He was SUPER respectful of the house and kids and cats and....He really went above and beyond, had great tips, and was just really nice (not weird or creepy like some of those other companies). I would you KB Complete again in a heartbeat!

I was referred to Michael Covington by my former employer who said MIchael was the best plumber they had ever worked with. After using Michael to fix several plumbing and water heater issues in my old house, I would completely agree. Michael does great work, he's professional and he's always been on time. He's also very reasonable when it comes to pricing. Highly recommended.

Excellent job! Professional, courteous, and affordable. The other six companies I got quotes from were over priced and I was preparing to replace the water heater myself. KC Water Heaters was the last estimate. The quoted price was within my expectations for a water heater replacement so I hired KC Water Heaters. Chase ended up replacing a gas shut off, replaced the flexible gas pipe with hard pipe to new unit, and rotated my existing Y vent to meet distance from combustible material using my existing single walled vent saving me over a hundred dollars. Other companies wanted to charge me for double walled venting. Both solutions meet code but Chase's solution reused existing vent and saved me over hundred dollars. I would refer KC Water Heater with confidence for any water heater replacement job.

Ryan came and cleared our main drain after it backed up. He came when he said he would and let us know when he was on his way. We plan to use them again in the future if we have any plumbing needs.

Our son and daughter-in-law used The Sewer Doctors for their home inspection and thought they were terrific. We had an issue with our main line. From Linda and Michelle in the office to Justin our technician, they were all very prompt, professional and thorough. Justin spent a lot of time and explained everything thoroughly. We so appreciate his hard work. Will absolutely use in the future if needed.

This is the second time we have used Full Circle Plumbing and they did not disappoint. They were able to come out in the evening after my husband and I got off of work. He diagnosed the issue with the toilet and repaired it quickly. The price was reasonable and he explained every step. I would recommend Pat and his team.

They gave me a 2 pm appointment initially and they did not come. I called back 4 times, with my last call being at 10:30 pm. They said they were still coming, but have not come. My husband is deployed. I have a small child and no hot water. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst nightmare.

Phenomenal Company. Had my main sewer back up for the third time in a year. I called them for the first time, and they were out the next morning. He sent a camera down and showed/explained everything to me. He then water-jetted the whole line out to the main and even cleaned roots out of the main that were part of the problem. Extremely professional, had the heart of a teacher, and did a great job. Would highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unethical, and their tactics border on illegal. They falsely advertise as legitimate plumbing companies with their Google PPC ads, but have the number to their call answering service listed rather than the company they're advertising as, tricking people into thinking they're calling for that particular company, before selling that lead off to another plumbing company. This is costing real, legitimate, hard-working plumbing companies business and customers. This happened to the company I work for, and we currently have our lawyers looking into the matter. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
