I have had a lot of experience with plumbers. I am so happy we found Nick. Nick comes when he says he will, follows up when he says he will call you, explains the situation, and does the work professionally without trying to push you into a bunch of stuff you don’t need. He is honest and responsive.

They said they would come to give me an estimate one of two days and were a no show/no call

We started to get water backing up in our basement through our floor drain and called a large plumbing company for assistance. They quoted us a total cost of $4,000, which included ripping out the house trap and installing a new line. Then we found Nick. He was able to determine the cause of our clogged drain and fix the issue within a matter of minutes. We did not need to tear out concrete or replace the old house trap. He charged an extremely reasonable price and we could not be happier. Nick is professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest. Thanks again, Nick.

Fast response, fixed the problem at a reasonable price. Also advised us on follow up work.

Nick is extremely friendly and helpful. He is one of the most COVID safe contractors we've had out to our house. He spent time working to unclog a major issue with our plumbing. About a week later, we had another issue and called again. He was very apologetic that the first unclog didn't fix the whole system and offered to refund us as he didn't have the big tools to cut tree roots and clogs from the sewer (we told him no as he spent over an hour and a half working on our plumbing!). He gave us a recommendation on who to call and exactly what to tell them. He even said we should call him back if they want to charge us a crazy amount of money. We really appreciated Nick's thoroughness, helpfulness and kindness. We would have him out to our house again without hesitation. He is not the cheapest plumber out there, but you get what you pay for!

I thought I was calling for an estimate, Nick Triano was at my house for 10 minutes and determined my leak was a caulking issue in need of a handyman not a plumber. He wanted to be paid $130.00 for the service call without fixing my issue. His attitude was brash and rude. He spoke over me when I asked questions about his fees and that most of his competitors offer free estimates. I ended up paying him in full to get him out of my house and end the uncomfortable conversation. I told him he should talk rates up front in the future. This was an extremely unpleasant experience one that I don't feel would have happened if I was a man. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

Nick Triano is a master plumber that has extensive experience working in older houses. He makes sure work is done the right way, and has helped me correct some shoddy work the previous owner did in the house.

My husband and I recently bought a house to flip in our neighborhood. We have had numerous professionals out since the purchase to assess and begin work (electrical, contractor, etc.). We asked nick to come out and cap some valves so we could take vanities out. He proceeded to tell my husband and I that we were “going about this all wrong” and we were doing things “too fast” because we were so excited and how he’s flipped 24 houses in his day and we weren’t doing it right. It was honestly so rude and mean the way he was speaking to us (on two separate occasions). We asked him for a ball park range to get our house up to his standard and he said he wouldn’t give it to us unless we had him come out for an assessment to the tune of $130. He also charged us $250 to cap a few valves and cut a water like and was at our house for 30 minutes.

I do not operate or work with rude people who over step and we won’t be using him again.

I contacted Nick this morning with a water pressure issue and he was at our house just after noon. Super responsive and fast! 2 years ago we had the same issue and the plumber charged us $500 for the repair, Nick came out and was able to resolve the issue for less than half that cost. Additionally, he’s courteous and respectful of COVID-19 safety protocols, which we have not experienced with other contractors who have come in and out of our home in the past year. Thank you, Nick!
