First of all, I was told a plumber would arrive between 8-12 in the day. I ended up calling the customer service line to see why they were late only to be told they could reschedule. I said no someone needs to come look at it bc I took off work to stay home and wait for them and nobody even had the courtesy to call me and tell me they were running late.Plumber ended up getting there and said it was a gas valve issue and that the manufacturer wouldn’t cover the cost of the labor for the tank but that I should order a gas valve through the manufacturer as they’d cover that and call them back to install it after it arrives.Quoted me $693. for labor alone. I’m a single mom and rely on professionals not to rip me off…which is what he was doing. I was in tears after he left.I can’t afford that price so I told him I couldn’t do it and he charged me $89. for coming out and glancing at the tank. Okay, whatever, that’s fine.I called the manufacturer and they said they would cover the labor cost and the part so I went through another company who was very helpful and arrived early. I wasn’t charged a dime.That was a really stressful and bad experience with this company.

Wonderful experience. Plumber cleaned main line thoroughly and charged a fair price. Would certainly use again and recommend.

Jamil went even further and checked our humidifier, and come to find out was not working. The gentleman that replaced our water heater were some of the friendliest and good working people I’ve had do something to my house. The quality of work the did was spot on and they even fixed stuff that was done by previous owners incorrectly to make our system better and safer.

I had a backed up sewer line, and had two other companies try to clear the line. One spent 6 hours attempting to clear the line. Both of those companies decided it would be time to dig up the line. Then quality plumbing came out and had the line draining in 30 minutes. These guys are very professional and have great customer service. Flickering & dimming lights. This is our second time meeting James, who is very knowledgeable about his stuff.He patiently explained the process each step of the way. Did the relevant tests and replaced the circuit breaker. When the problem persisted, James contacted our energy supplier who came out and discovered that the problem was on their end. So far everything is working as it should. Thank you.

Zack was willing to work with us to problem-solve and come up with unique solutions what worked for our property. He presented us with choices about what we could do, and reasonable prices for different services. Zack was polite, hard-working, conscientious, and dedicated to giving us the results we hoped for. We always felt we were in capable, honest hands, and will use this company again if the need arises.

The guys who come out to your house do great work and arrive within the appointed window. Pricing is quite reasonable as well. The office staff are polite and seem to know their work, but not very quick to follow up if you have to leave a message, which, it seems, you often have to do. Will be looking elsewhere in the future.

We needed immediate service because our water heater stopped working. It was a huge inconvenience, and we couldn't wait much longer. We gave Plumbers 911 a call, their operator was kind and friendly, and in less than an hour, Doug arrived to help us out. He resolved the issue fairly quickly, thanks for saving our water heater! Glad we didn't have to buy a new unit!!!
