We noticed water coming up from our basement floor drain and immediately called around for service. KB was very responsive and had someone over about an hour later. I appreciate that they sent a photo of who is coming over, so I know that I'm not accidentally opening the door for a serial killer.Rob was awesome. He was super personable and friendly. I also appreciate that he wore a mask and covered up his shoes.He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate up front before he got started. He was clear about what he would have to do and about anything that could potentially be an issue.Thanks to our attached neighbors (we share a sewer line), there was a clog situation in the main line. Rob was able to clear everything out and get things flowing again.I would recommend KB to anyone with similar issues. They were quick and responsive, and Rob did a great job. The price seemed reasonable (a few hundred for something that I couldn't do myself), but also, he was dealing with sewer lines so he deserves every dollar spent.

I called A.B. May with a clogged drain, and they were able to get me scheduled for a same-day appointment. My technician, Brian, was very knowledgable and got my drain fixed in under an hour. Quick, affordable, and professional service!

I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional.... Had a water pipe break late super bowl sunday. Water all over leaking down to our basement. What a mess. Called the $49 handy man First thing Monday morning at 7:30 Feb 8th 2016 and was told they understood we needed it repaired right away. All day Monday no call no show no water no nothing. Finally received a call Tuesday morning saying they were getting their day started and would be here this morning and call us back. All day Tuesday, no calls no shows no water no nothing. Now at this point we have had enough. We have had to make sure someone was home for two full days. All they had to do was tell the truth and say they were to booked up and we would have called another company. We would have had water by now. I called them at 4:15pm on Tuesday just to get a answering machine. I left a message for someone to call by 9pm to let us know something. No calls back, no show no nothing. I guess we will have to take off work Wed for another company to come out and do our repair. NOT GOOD,NOT HAPPY,NOT GOOD BUSINESS AND COST US TIME AND MONEY!
