Excellent! Chris Groves of AAAce Drain Cleaning sourced all the problems, repaired and replaced parts, installed new bathroom faucets, explaining everything as he went. Super nice guy, honest and highly competent.

Used them to check our main drain. Aidan and Brian identified the issue with the drain to our septic. Desmond and DJ arrived the next morning to replace the line. We also have a pump tank which requires 2 buried cables that ran along the main drain to the septic. They didn't damage those lines - saving me $$. They worked around my wooden fence and my gutter drains.

Callum came out for plumbing inspection and gave an excellent overview of the health of my plumbing. I really appreciated his knowledge and professionalism.

I was very pleased with the service provided. Ashton explained everything about the drainage system under the basement floor and provided good tips for keeping lines flushed and open. He was thorough in assessing the issue which was essentially resolved with flushing the drains. This was a call back within the 30 day guarantee and no additional cost incurred to an already reasonable price.

Roto-Rooter came out the day I called and cleared my blocked downspout extension. They were professional and even took the time to clean up my patio upon completion of their work. Jason #131 and Rob #3476 took great care of me and my drain issue and Roto-Rooter has a very happy customer.

Still the best plumber I've never used. I recently had a leak that Jerry was super helpful with in walking me through some steps to help identify the location. He did this on his own time which just shows what a stand up person he is. Unfortunately he was booked out for several days and our family could not wait to fix a leaking pipe so I had to get someone else to do the work. I'll add this is the second time Jerry has been super helpful and nice (once about 5 years ago too) on his own time and dime. If I ever need any plumbing job done this is definitely the guy I'll be calling.

Called and asked to speak with someone. The answering service told me no one was available. I said I would call back and she said No use, you'll keep getting me. So I thought about just leaving a message and she said Are you going to leave a message or not? CLICK. I don't do rude. Unacceptable.

We scheduled an appointment to have a frozen pipe repaired. After calling and being told they were running behind but were on their way, we never heard from them again. No answer on the business line, no calls returned. They ghosted us.
