Best Hot Water Heater in Kansas City MO

Dan was at my house on the morning of 4/17 to do my camera scope. He was very thorough about explaining my options and getting my advanced drain cleaning set up. Drew was great in cleaning out roots from my main sewer line. He was prompt, courteous, and professional.

Ask price up front. I did not. Had a leaking wax ring. They came out in a timely manner and replaced the bolts (which now stick up 3 inches) wax ring & supply line & reset toilet. Prices was $89 for service call and $285 to reset toilet for a total $374. The plumber was there for 1/2 hour. I called other plumbers after the fact & found I over paid at least $100.

We had Mr Rooter out to check our septic line to see if it had a leak. They were able to run a camera through the line and determine all was well. they power washed the line to help with drainage flow. We were very satisfied with their work.

Their team was professional and kind. They came out quick, bypassed my hot water line so I could have running water right away, and were able to get the new water heater installed the same day. Excellent service!

Jerry has been our plumber for a couple of years now. He is very good at his trade and has gone above and beyond for us a couple of times. I first called him because of good reviews and am pleased to say they are all true. We recently had pipes burst. Jerry came, found the problem and helped us with things that weren't even his responsibility. Great work and an all-around great guy!
