Best Hot Water in Kansas City MO

I received excellent professional service today by my very capable technician, Johnathan.He was on time, friendly, trustworthy and believable. He took his time in checking out my air conditioning unit and told me about what was needed to fix my cooling problem.I never felt like I was being sold up to increase my invoice. He gave me his professional assessment and I decided to follow his recommendation.I would like to request Johnathan to come to my house when it is time for my furnace check up.Thank you getting me cool and comfortable again.

Mark and his guys made a very unfortunate situation a very pleasant and easy process. Every issue that we had or question that we had was answered quickly and gave complete peace of mind. The work that they did was cleaned up each day to the point where you wouldn't have even known anyone was there and they would up turning a huge headache into a major upgrade for our home. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and using them for future projects.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. Answered the phone “Hello” whos this? instead of in a professional manner. I Asked for assistance with service and was cut off by being asked who was paying and how much. Do not recommend using these guys ever if that’s the type of service they provide to all potential customers

The gas company turned our hot water heater off because of a backdraft at the flue. Bill said it just needed to heat up a little, and he was right!!

Update, I recently tried to use Mr. Rooter again for a clog in my kitchen sink. They came out and told me it needed to be power scrubbed before they even looked at the problem. I agreed to the power scrub thinking that it would work because that is what the plumber said would work. The plumber stated that they had to remove the clog with the auger before they power scrubbed. He tried multiple times to remove the clog with the auger with no success. Without success they tried to put the power scrubber in the drain and immediately had water blowback into the cabinet under the sink. After that failed they told me that my sink was plumbed improperly and I needed to run new pipe. I asked if that was the only option and the plumber told me that I could cut the pipe myself and investigate to see what the problem was. He even told me where he thought the clog was located. I wasn't too impressed with a plumber telling me how to do a job I hired him to do. After paying the 150.00 service charge they charged me instead of the 580.00 that they charge for a power scrub I called to discuss that I wasn’t happy with the service I received. I was able to remove the clog myself in a matter of 5 to 10 minutes. The supervisor that called me back was immediately defensive from the get go and essentially defended his guys and nothing I said could be correct. He went as far as to tell me that I owe him 600.00 dollars for the unsuccessful attempt to flush water down my pipes when all it did was make a mess that they never cleaned up. Photo is attached of cabinet. I thought this company was going to be a good company to use but once something didn’t go right they fumbled and couldn’t handle the situation. I would not recommend Mr. Rooter for that reason.

Old review but still true. I am so thankful for Zach Olson of Mr. Rooter. He was very experienced and didn't try to rip me off like some of the other companies did. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was spot on with his diagnosis. The price was reasonable and fair. It was hard work in a cramped space and he had a great attitude the entire time he was here. Thank you Zach.

Wasn't able to use my drain everything was backing up 😱😱😱 Pierpoint came right out got the main drain all cleaned out very reasonable

Not on time and definitely don't come in the window they tell you to expect them and didn't even show up the first day or return phone calls.

Called Home Depot to get a new hot water heater installed. They sent out Micheal A. And Chris H from True Blue. They quickly realized we had an issue that would affect the life of our new water heater. They worked with me to fix the additional issues and help me stay on budget. They were both caring while being professional. They came back the next day when they said they would. They worked hard and got it completed in a timely manner. They are now my go to plumbers and I will only be using them in the future. I will ask for Micheal or Chris when I call for service. I will also recommend them to all my friends and family.
