Alex and Brent were able to reconnect our vintage doorbell which will make the family smile. They took time to explain additional restoration work required on it and suggested a vintage specialist be hired who would have the parts and know how. BUT they got it hooked up and making a chime. Yay! Also helped with general clean up and light fixture install today. Appreciate the team at Anthony for all they’ve done to help bring our old house back to life and make it safer. Thanks!

I'm giving this company a rating of 5-stars because the handyman that was sent out was absolutely phenomenal. Adam assessed the situation and completed our job in an hour flat, which was not an easy task. He had to set up scaffolding to install a light fixture on a 20ft+ ceiling. And he did a great, quick job. We will 100% use this company again and be asking for Adam. NOW the 1 drawback to hiring this company is that you have to schedule on the phone and it is a bad experience. The guy on the phone felt he needed to give me a 15 minute sales pitch and tell me I was wrong about the height of the ceiling (yes, I do know how high my ceiling is and yes, it's a good thing the handyman brought scaffolding). It's really like the guy wasn't listening at all, not great service. BUT Adam was phenomenal and I'm glad we stuck it out because the handyman service was actually worth it.

Randy was very knowledgeable and efficient in repairing and resetting our 2 showers. He notified us when he was on his way. The cost was reasonable for the work done. We are very satisfied and will definitely call again in the future.

Won’t stop calling me after acknowledging that I have asked them to stop calling me. Half of their employees must be paid to sit on the phone all day harassing people into overpriced business.

He does high end Quality work on every job it doesn't matter if it's a $1000 job or a $50000 job he treats every one of them like it's the only job he has. Excellent service. I will definitely use Inception in future for our plumbing needs. Justice was a great technician, was responsive, timely, didn't make me feel dumb for asking probably-dumb questions, and I never felt like he was upselling us. He replaced a few toilets and also helped fix a basement drain issue that was caused by a different company.

Commercial only company but they do everything from construction, signage, electrical, heating, cooling plumbing . Anything you need done for a Commercial property they do!!! And they are the best at it! 24/7 service which always comes in handy!
