DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE REVIEWS. I had a water line break that poured into my garage ceiling. I called Anthony due to emergency situation. They sent out a tech who invoiced over $7500 in repairs. Since this was an insurance claim the adjuster wanted a report of why the estimate was so high. When I requested it from Anthony, they refused. I ended up getting a local plumber who estimated the repairs at $1300 and wrote my insurance company an explanation When Anthony came in originally they sold me on the yearly maintenance which I am ok with. However the guy showed up today and didn't do anything at all besides write a report and then email me 30 minutes later with a $3,000 bill of work to be done. This company is a scam. They over estimate work to be done and then try to get you on a yearly plan of inspections. They will tell you that they don't do insurance reports nor deal w/ insurance companies. This is the first sign I should have realized this company was a scam. Their yearly inspection is nonsense and the biggest waste of money I've ever spent.Post review - They contacted me about the poor service and refunded my money due to this review.

My CO detector went off yesterday and the fire department found the source was my water heater. I called AB May and they came out within 2 hours of me calling and we found my heater needed to be replaced.Since it was end of day they were unable to get me the water heater as the store closed but today Curtis came and was thorough, professional, explained everything to me and was quick to finish a lot of work. Less than 24 hours after the detector first went off I'm set with a new water heater that is up to code.Excellent service!

The gas company turned our hot water heater off because of a backdraft at the flue. Bill said it just needed to heat up a little, and he was right!!

We had a leak in our 15+ year old water heater. I called Chase and he was able to come out that morning. He answered all my questions and was able to remove our old water heater and install a new one that day. He was very knowledgeable about the different building codes around KC and took the time to share with me how to increase the life of my new water heater with some simple once a year maintenance. I will call him if I have any future plumbing needs and would recommend him, especially if you have water heater problems.

Bottom line: Friendly, knowledgeable and did quality work at the best price.

I can definitively vouch for the integrity, quality, and proficiency of both their work and the men in charge of the work. I have never worked under such hardworking, godly, customer oriented owners. I recommend Mr Rooter Plumbing to all my family, friends, and even my current employer. Unfortunately I had to resign for personal reasons but I recommend working for them to anyone interested!

However, if you’re reading reviews you’re probably not interested in hiring on for this company. You’re most likely trying to evaluate your plumbing operations. I have seen the characters of the owners and the employees and I did not once see them take advantage of their customers. They would always treat everyone JUST as they wanted to be treated. I also saw the quality of work these men preformed. From concrete to quality of material they would always go above and beyond.

I cannot speak higher of their plumbing skills. With 3 master plumbers at the head teaching their knowledge to their workers you have a crazy amount of experience at your disposal. We fixed SO many jobs other plumbers in the area like Bob Hamilton, Roto Rooter, and others were incapable of completing. I personally learned so so much from them and I’m incredibly grateful.
