AB May recently performed a semiannual Check & clean service on my HVAC system. James Sanchez, the tech, was the most competent, thorough, and efficient, person I have ever dealt with. He not only serviced my system thoroughly and quickly, but patiently answered all my many questions. When he was unsure of the answer to a question, he took the trouble to call in to get the answer and clearly explained it to me in layman's terms, something many other AB May techs could or wound not do. He is a valuable asset to the company and deserves recognition as the quintessential service technician. I will always ask for him when I call in for service because I trust him and respect his work ethic.

I’ll make this review brief. If you ever find yourself in need of all things hot water tanks whether it be installation or repair you can stop looking and hire this company KC Water Heater’s. The owner Chase was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and just a great person all around. If you don’t call and at least get an estimate from this company you will regret it. My experience was nothing less than five stars!!!
