It’s hard to find contractors who are passionate about what they do. I’d guess it’s probably even harder to find a contractor who’s passionate about water heaters. That’s the only way I can describe KC Water Heater. Chase took my call on a Saturday evening during a Chiefs playoff game for a non-emergency service call, and we talked plumbing for nearly an hour. He’s competitively priced and he pays attention to the details that would otherwise be overlooked. I’d highly recommend using him for your water heater project and you can live with peace of mind that you aren’t getting ripped off or half-ass workmanship.

Quality Plumbing has been out to our house twice now for separate issues. Both times the dispatching staff and the technicians that arrived were courteous, punctual, and explained things in a manner that was easily understood. I never felt like I was being upsold service I didn’t need and actually had one of their technicians explain to me how I could fix some of my issues for free without having to call them again. We will definitely be using them in the future!!

Maintenance on whole house humidifier

Rusty was very helpful and so professional when he performed the spring tune up/check on my AC before summer arrived. I really appreciate how the LBA techs are always so careful not to track anything in my house and they always clean up any mess after they finish! Rusty told me about each step of the process and explained his findings so even I could understand. He found one little concern but said it really wasn't urgent at this time. He gave me options but said it was OK to let it go this time and check it again this fall. I appreciated his honesty and his willingness to answer all my questions. I've already recommended LBA to several of my friends and they love them, too!

Justice did a great job getting out here quickly and explaining everything that was going on with the toilet. Had it all fixed up and even did some extra cleanup when he finished. I would 10/10 recommend and use them again.
