Very nice and knowledgeable technician according to my adult children who were home at the time. He went to get the part needed and returned in an acceptable amount of time. We now have ice cold a/c and couldn't be happier. We would definitely recommend their services. 🙂

AB Mays Technician Ron Bracken was a pleasure to work with. Ron was professional and personable. He arrived on time, we discussed the work he would be doing to get the A/C up to par and he got down to business. He was replacing the Blower motor and doing an A/C maintenance check. During the process Ron kept me informed of the things he was doing, and when he ran into an issue, he let me know what the issue was, the resolutions he would be doing to fix the issue. No surprises, no hidden charges and no additional charges , just what was quoted to me when he first arrived.Appreciate the work done today and the A/C is so much quieter.

We had an estimate of $$$$$ for the removal of a root ball from our main line from an company. The Sewer Doctors worked with us and said that they could most likely work through the issue. Justin came out at the time that was scheduled, even tried to come out early but we weren’t able to accommodate. Justin worked through the root ball and showed us the city main line and our issue was taken care of.

I look forward to working with them in the future if we need them.

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs

John was referred to me by a friend, he came out on time, uniformed up, he gave me a bid to replace my sewer they did it in a timely manner, had it inspected cleaned up after themselves..I will surely call him for all my plumbing needs..

Before hydro physics treated my drain it would back up and had to be rooted out 2-3 times a year but not once in the 2 years since they began annual treatment. Wish I had know of it long before. It would have saved a lot of money.

Showed up 7 hours late then left without fixing issue or turning water back on. Leaving an entire neighborhood without water all day and night. Didn't even seem to feel bad about it.
