I have a maintenance contract with AB May. My air conditioning stopped working and I called for service and it took 7-8 hours for repairman to get to me. When I called in to request repairs I was told they would contact me within 4 hours. Henry Walters was repairman and he was courteous and efficient making the repairs. Five stars for Henry. Not so much for scheduling.

I love Bill Fry and his entire team. I just called his office to reschedule my upcoming appointment and Crystal was so friendly and professional. I appreciated the fact that she was so understanding and really worked to get me the best results.

John and his crew replaced a waterline for me. I had multiple plumbers out to bid the job and they were either insanely high our they would bid and then stop returning my calls or in one case just not show up after scheduling the repairs. John and his people were a huge relief. They were super responsive, they got the job done and all within a few days of the bid. I was very satisfied and will always use them from now on.

I’m anxiously waiting for the tech to show up. I was given a 2PM-5PM window. I called the company at 4:30 and was told he’d be here in the next 30 minutes and that he’s close to my location. He called me at 5PM and said he’s on his way and would be here in 35 minutes…not at all close to my location. Disappointed to say the least, and I’m personally late for work because of this. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

My main drain was backing up at my house. I made a call into Quality Plumbing and they were there the same day. Austin was the tech that showed up. He was very informative, told me exactly what he was going to try do, and what the steps would be would it have not worked. He had my lines cleared up and running within the first hour. I will definitely be using Quality Plumbing again in the future, and Austin was absolutely great to work with!

Alex did a great job replacing a ball valve within my plumbing system, which was leaking. He was knowledgeable, provided advice to recude future repairs, and very courteous. I would definitely use them again.
