Best Gas Line Repair/ Replacement in Kansas City MO

Fabian came to help us with our water heater that was not working. He came to our house as his last visit of the day even though he could have pushed us to the next day! Very professional and nice. He was able to be an advocate for us and got us approved for a new water heater instead of having to send out for parts and making us wait days or weeks to have the old one repaired! I highly recommend Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy to anyone with plumbing needs. I called to set up an appointment to have my toilet repaired and he came out immediately! He was super professional and on-time.
Also, rather than having me spend unnecessary money on fixing the old toilet, he provided a quote that was far less than I had expected for a brand new toilet! I will never use another plumbing company again. This company knows what they are doing, the bid came in hundreds of dollars lower than comparable local plumbers. Extremely professional, on time, and incredibly professional customer service both by the professionals that did the work, but also fantastic and personal customer service over the phone. I had a water heater replaced and was told by other bidders that the job was “not possible” because of the limited space to work in. My home was built in the 40s and there are always surprises when making repairs. Not with these guys- they got it done faster than expected and cleaned up after themselves like they were never there. “Not possible” was easy for them.
