Best Gas Heat in Kansas City MO

I don’t ever write reviews but we scheduled a routine maintenance appointment with Climate Control Heating and Cooling Liberty. Our technician Ryan said our hvac system was very old and needed replaced. He said that our heat exchanger was bad and carbon monoxide was a real threat to our health and gas furnace legally had to be shut off for our safety. They sent a sales men out that same day to talk about buying new hvac system. They gave us a price estimate on replacing. We scheduled a second appointment with different company to get second opinion. They said our hvac system was working fine and heat exchanger was fine also!!! Don’t walk…... RUN from this place!!!

Paid over $4,500. For a new hot water heater. Was told the gas line was the wrong size. Was told someone would get ahold of me. After a week of no calls. I called them, was told they would have original bidder get ahold of me. Never heard a word. So here we are a month later with still the wrong size gas line. We have hot water, but we're wondering if it's safe.Original bidder didn't do the job. Someone else did.Al so the exhaust was wrong and installer said we denied work. Which we did not.

Bill and Kendall came out friday and installed an RO water filter at my house. They did a great job, everything was hooked up correctly and done well. When it comes to plumbing i recommend these guys to everyone. thanks again!

Great company, had plumbing emergency on a Friday where the main sewer line got backed up in the house. This was the only company that would come out on same day before the weekend. Got everything fixed and running smoothly in a timely and professional manner. I will be using the company again and would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

Scheduled two different appts. No show and no call to both. Absolutely ridiculous. No way to run a business, would never use or recommend. Called them the first day. Text their employee no response. Called the office the next week and booked two different days. They wouldn’t give me a specific time just said to be home. Spent two days at home and still they didn’t show up. Called our prop manager and had them transfer the claim. Very unprofessional, receptionist is clueless about appt and schedule. Owner makes excuses instead of correcting the error. Luckily got a new company and they are on their way the same day, text to confirm appt. Called to confirm details and will be here in ten mins. Run from this company.

We needed immediate service because our water heater stopped working. It was a huge inconvenience, and we couldn't wait much longer. We gave Plumbers 911 a call, their operator was kind and friendly, and in less than an hour, Doug arrived to help us out. He resolved the issue fairly quickly, thanks for saving our water heater! Glad we didn't have to buy a new unit!!!
