Ok....Connelly is THE BEST plumbing team in KC! They just left after fixing a leaking valve and we wanted to write a review - they didn't even ask us to. Easy to schedule appointments with, truly amazing customer service, attention to job detail is second to none, and their years of experience and trade skill is fantastic! They're honest, personal and they believe in making sure the customer's problem is completely fixed. I am so happy we have found a plumber we can trust. We're now going to contract Connelly for plumbing upgrade projects.

Plumbing issues are never a fun experience and never happen at a convenient time. With that said Mike at Bristol Plumbing was very easy to work with. One call and he was at the house that day. He repaired the problem, was clean and did a knockout job in a timely manner. He had us flowing in the right direction in no time. Could not be happier with the work. He is a true professional. AB Mays Technician Ron Bracken was a pleasure to work with. Ron was professional and personable. He arrived on time, we discussed the work he would be doing to get the A/C up to par and he got down to business. He was replacing the Blower motor and doing an A/C maintenance check. During the process Ron kept me informed of the things he was doing, and when he ran into an issue, he let me know what the issue was, the resolutions he would be doing to fix the issue. No surprises, no hidden charges and no additional charges , just what was quoted to me when he first arrived.Appreciate the work done today and the A/C is so much quieter.
