To give you an idea...he came back to turn the light off in my attic because he had seen it from the drive. It was a simple gesture, to prevent me from walking up my steep stairs. Other company had left it on. Character.

We had a leak from garbage disposal. Called on Saturday at 11am to find out no service in Saint Joseph on the weekend. Had an appointment for Tuesday. Brandon H. came to our rescue. Very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who has a plumbing probley. We only use Roto-Rooter.

Service was good, however I had issues with receiving the invoice as they emailed it to me and it went to my spam. I was going to pay on my cc initially but they wanted $10 to run my card so I decided it was cheaper to order checks from my bank. They then decided to charge me a late fee of $20+ while waiting for the checks, and also calling me at my work. This crossed the line for me.

There are a lot of companies that talk about service, punctuality, quality, etc. and you don't really know until you use them. My family and I recently had a sewer backup the eventually required a pipe replacement resulting in digging up a portion of our basement and our front yard. What began with a simple snaking out the drain led to running a camera line down and eventually the replacement. The quality of the individuals was first class. They are humble, courteous, polite and truly want to help. Whether they were finished jackhammering out my basement or filling in the hole in my basement I couldn't tell that anything consequential had been done. Well, actually I could because they left it better than when they showed up. Well done Snake and Rooter! Plumbers! Right? They are first class in how they treat their customers and the work they do.

Inception was very responsive and fixed an issue with our wash machine the same day. Justice was professional and discussed all options before completing the work. Would recommend!
