When Anthony provided the quote for whole house water filter and water softener installation, he was personable, respectful, and didn't talk down to me or use high pressure sales to talk me out of a system not purchased through them. I received a lower quote from another company but much preferred working with Anthony. He immediately said they'll not only match the lower price, they'll beat it by 10%. The day of install, Anthony asked me pertinent questions prior to doing the work rather than making assumptions. Afterwards, he ensured I understood how to finish setting up the system (since it wasn't one of theirs). I later reached out to him about a potential leak and he said he'd stop by. Before he arrived, I reached back out to tell him it didn't actually look like it was a leak but he said he'd stop by anyway. While he was here, he also checked the water pressure at the kitchen sink and fixed the issue. I can't say enough good things about working with him. Highly recommend!

I discovered a water heater leak on Monday morning. Quality had a plumber at my house in the afternoon. They replaced my very old 80-gallon tank with two side-by-side 50 gallon tanks, and added the electrical work, a pressure expansion tank, and dual feeds.

Great company, had plumbing emergency on a Friday where the main sewer line got backed up in the house. This was the only company that would come out on same day before the weekend. Got everything fixed and running smoothly in a timely and professional manner. I will be using the company again and would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

Charged $300 for a wax ring on a toilet, flushed the first time after he left and still leaking into my ceiling. Also damaged the neighbors yard when parking in my driveway and so far hasn’t reimbursed my expenses to fix! Was extremely unprofessional when I pointed out the damage to my neighbors property…which included breaking their sprinkler head.

Larry provided excellent service. It took him 10 minutes to fix something that would have taken me hours and multiple trips to the hardware store. He was right on time on Saturday afternoon and now our sink is fully functional for the rest of the weekend! Highly recommend!

The technician who came out was great and really nice and fixed my problem. My problem was with the dispatch service. I called in the morning, and said that anytime that day or the next two days would work. They said that they could make it out that same day, so I said, Great! Any time after after 5 will work. I had to call back two times because I never heard anything from them. Then around 9 they said that they were so busy that they wouldn't be able to make it out for a while still, and I had to work in the morning so I told them to just come the next day. It just really made me mad when I told the dispatcher that the next day or the day after would work, but they told me that they'd be able to make it out the same day and didn't.

Taylor our repairman show up on time, knowledgeable, professional, quick and reliable and friendly on repairing our shower faucet which we had repaired by another company that wasn’t fixed correctly the first time and took a painful 3-1/2 hours.

Taylor knew what to do and repaired our shower faucet and took him a total time of 30 minutes top. We are so happy for his skillful repair work! The cost was small. My kitchen sink area was a mess! Water was leaking everywhere under the sink and down into the basement. Faucet needed to be replaced, garbage disposal stopped working and dishwasher drain hose rusted through. Because of the water leaking into the basement, they knew I needed help right away.
