I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

Chase is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Honestly the best experience I've had with hiring a home service contractor. Not only did he do exactly as he said, and charged the exact price quoted over the phone, he also educated me throughout the process on ways that I can prolong the life of my new water heater. I had no idea about water main pressure and the reason for adding a pressure reducing valve and expansion tank. He also went above and beyond and fixed some duct work that had nothing to do with his installation! There's no reason for me to look anywhere else moving forward. I will call Chase for all future water heater needs and will be referring him to family and friends.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unethical, and their tactics border on illegal. They falsely advertise as legitimate plumbing companies with their Google PPC ads, but have the number to their call answering service listed rather than the company they're advertising as, tricking people into thinking they're calling for that particular company, before selling that lead off to another plumbing company. This is costing real, legitimate, hard-working plumbing companies business and customers. This happened to the company I work for, and we currently have our lawyers looking into the matter. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
