Climate control has been very professional with all the services I've used them for. From installing a new water heater, furnace and air conditioner when it was -15 outside this winter, to fixing some plumbing issues with my outdoor spigot and routine maintenance of my equipment they have been a pleasure to work with.

Jim was knowledgable, personable, and quick! He was able to quickly replicate the leak and implement a simple fix that resolved the issue. He was kind enough to answer additional questions about water pressure concerns and patiently explained why we were seeing the results we were and the options to resolve them. I'll be using Connelly in the future.

I used this company through my insurance for the pipes in my house when I was having some stoppage problems in my bathroom and kitchen area. I had to call these two gentlemen out on a weekend with very little notice because all the other plumbing contractors through my insurance were not interested in working on the weekend with such little notice(understandable). When they arrived the issue was quickly diagnosed via a camera in the main drain and the problem roots were swiftly removed from the drain. I cannot explain how happy I am with the professionalism and know-how this duo showed. They told me their names but unfortunately I cant remember at the moment. Thank you guys so much for helping me on such short notice and I will be requesting this company if I ever have any other issues with my plumbing. 5 stars! fantastic work!

Anthony came out and handled all of my issues with my plumbing in a very professional and courteous manner. He explained things very well and that's important to me because I know nothing about plumbing. He also cleaned up after himself and was very respectful to my home. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a good, professional plumber. Very knowledgeable!!!

Danny and his helper were great! In and out in under 2 hours. Did a fantastic job and cleaned up the mess and hauled away the old toilet and faucet. Would definitely use this company again. They also saved us $8-10K by showing us that our sewer line did NOT have to be dug up and replaced. Highly recommend this company.

I had a very stubborn clogged drain. I tried every home remedy you can think of for a clogged drain. It took the full length of the snake, but the technician was able to push whatever was blocking the pipe into the main line and get the drain flowing again.

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.

I have used PJ for years for various home improvements. They are always excellent I wouldn't consider another plumber!

Excellent, timely service! I went with Quality Plumbing on a referral from a work colleague. They worked our service request into their schedule for the day, calling as they were en route. Within an hour they arrived, solved our clogged pipe/drain issue, and left for a minimum service charge of only $140.
