I cannot say enough positive things about Connelly Plumbing Solutions. Jenny was super responsive from my initial inquiry and communicated with me via email and phone every step throughout our process. We were set up with an excellent plumber, Adam, who came out and not only helped us figure out where a shower leak was potentially coming from but also assisted with a slow drain in another bathroom. Adam had another plumber with him on the 1st visit, Luke, who offered his opinion which I thought was great-the more information the better!

Although our issue ended up not being fully plumbing-related, they offered a referral that is working out very well so far. I am so thankful for Adam's honesty and clear communication. He was also personable and used his own experiences to offer solutions and recommend services. My history with some of the bigger name plumbing companies has been disappointing and Connelly Plumbing Solutions has completely eased my mind about having a plumbing issue in the future (although let's hope they're few and far between). I have no doubt that they're our go-to plumber and will continue to refer family & friends when services are needed.

We thought we were having an issue with our septic system back flow. They didn’t even inspect our septic system...just said we needed a new one. The problem we were having wasn’t even related to it. When we got the bid to have the septic system replace, my husband and I had 10 questions and no one ever followed up with us! If we are spending $30 grand on something answer our questions! They were useless! We contacted another plumber for our issue and they fixed it for minimal cost!

Jp and Derek were called in to repair an on going problem at my workplace. They were very efficient and responsive when asked questions about the process of the repair. If you enjoy plumbers that wear bibs and can be humorous in the midst of falling water, Jp and Derek are for you.

I had home warranty technicians come out three separate times to work on a stoppage in main sewer line. They concluded that we needed to dig in front yard to solve problem and quoted me $3800. I called Chris for a second opinion. He came out on a Saturday morning and fixed the stoppage in the main sewer line for $140, said he was able to clear the stoppage in the main sewer line. Chris was honest, efficient and did not try to upsell me on services that I did not need unlike many corporate companies.
