He repaired the problem, was clean and did a knockout job in a timely manner. He had us flowing in the right direction in no time. Could not be happier with the work. He is a true professional. I was more than impressed with Chase and his company! The first time I spoke to Chase, he spent at least fifteen to thirty minutes on the phone with me discussing the best option. Chase was out to the house within a couple days and instead of making a quick sale, which he could have done, pointed out several potential safety issues that needed resolved. Chase left our house without selling or billing us anything and gave us time to call around. We ended up calling Chase back out to fix the issues and install a new water heater, which we have been very happy with. The customer service at Mr. Rooter is great! We called Mr. Rooter on a Sunday night when we realized that our main line was blocked, and they sent Zach the very next day. He used equipment that other companies charge extra for, letting us see the actual problems in the main line. Zach and another plumber stayed until the problem was fixed — pulling out two big root wads (and, weirdly, a toad) from the line. Zach also very knowledgeable and good at explaining the issues. About a week later, Zach called back to make sure everything was still OK. We definitely will be using Mr. Rooter’s services in the future and highly recommend their services!

JOHN AND HIS WATER LINE CREW SHOWED UP IN THE MORNING AROUND 9am AND WAS DONE AROUND 1:30pm. THEY MADE MY DAY. MR. This was my first time using Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling and I was super impressed! Stacy was very helpful in getting my appointment made. Tito was our service technician and arrived within a few hours of the appointment being made, got us all fixed up and the AC is running great again! Awesome experience!

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.
