To be fair, we never had a problem with this company. They will not over charge you, I like that the most. I deducted one star because of an unanswered question.
I want to know whether or not the condition they left me is normally how they would leave their other customers. I was told the manager, field supervisor, and technician will show up on 5/11 morning to address my inquire. I was pleasantly surprised that they take their customers seriously and stand behind the work they do, except 5/11 came and go and no one showed up. No one answered their phone.
It was a yes or no question. It really is ok to tell me that yes, your company leaves holes in the wall and expect your customer to know that without being informed.
After their technicians (and later manager too) found out that this is my only shower on Wednesday. They proceed to work on Friday and only told us the holes in the wall is not their problem as they are walking out by 4pm Friday. Sent us the dry wall company referral on the following Monday and the wait time to fill the my walls would be 3 weeks. I'm at 1.5 weeks mark now. I can't wait!

We recently bought an older home and from the inspector we knew that we may need to have the pipes Rootered. I called my agent, Lyn Cheek @ Re Max Revolutions, and she said only to use Snake 'N' Rooter. As she is such an exceptional agent, it was not a question, I called. *POOF* they were here! Everybody knows when you move, there are boxes EVERYWHERE and the tech helped us find the drain clean-out by moving some boxes. They rootered not only my laundry drain, but also the main drain. When the tech was at a certain point, he quickly stopped the machine and we could hear through the pipe a loud WHOOSH. He smiled and said that the cutter head has cleaned us out to the city main! They were so nice, clean, uniformed, and wiped down the floors, walls, etc. I have heard horror stories about Rooters, and even saw one of their competitors on Undercover Boss, but I will never have any predilections again about calling. I am just awestruck, even as they sprayed some air-freshener! I really did not know this company before, but I will tell EVERYONE I can about them. Holy Moly, when the toilet flushes upstairs, the air-pressure in the house changes!! Ha-Ha-Ha! Way to go Snake 'n' Rooter!
