These are absolutely the guys to call if you don't mind sewage leaking heavily into your basement while they do the repairs. Even after they were shown the leak beforehand. And then leaves without cleaning up.
Got the snake stuck in the toilet and then had to borrow our shop vac to drain the toilet before pulling it. So he would've let toilet water go everywhere. And then he pulled the toilet and set it in the bathtub that was just professionally painted on a remodel to this bathroom 2 weeks ago. Which he also knew.

Chase is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and hard working. He installed a 40 gallon unit in our house and his work site was very clean and professional looking. He stayed the extra time to ensure that the job was done correctly and performed some extras like move the water heater back to a location my wife preferred at no cost. This required extra time and materials, but he did not mind as he is obviously extremely conscientious and he wants to make sure the customer is happy and left with a quality product. Chase took the time to explain numerous water heater options. He has specialized in this area and it is obvious based on his vast knowledge of the subject matter. Chase will be invited back for all our plumbing needs and possible babysitting ... he is that great of a guy and serviceman. Great job Chase!!!

I had an amazing experience using The Plumbing Pro. My call was answered quickly and professionally. Due to it being late in the day and not an emergency, the appointment was scheduled for the next day. When the technician found he was running slightly behind schedule, he had the office contact me to advise me. I appreciated being notified. When Danny arrived I showed him the tub that would not drain and the piping. He had the blockage cleared in less than 15 minutes. I asked him about a couple of faucets with diverter problems and he explained what the problems were with each of them. Then I had him write up a bid to have a waterline installed. I was happy with the bid and he would have completed that project right then but he did not have the appropriate drill bit to drill through my tile floor. I scheduled for him to come out today and again the office staff was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Danny came out and had the waterline installed, cleaned up and was gone in about 30 minutes. He was completely professional and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and cleaned everything up. I was dreading this (no body ever wants to call a plumber) but Danny and The Plumbing Pro made the task pleasant. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

LBA was so polite, friendly, and professional! Called on a Monday after having several companies come look and either quote too high or not get back with a quote, we finally called LBA and they came out that day, gave us three quotes in our home during the inspection and came out the very next morning and set us up with a whole new system in ONE DAY! They were so fantastic to work with! Highly recommend!!!! Thank you LBA!

My wife called for a drywall estimate. He came out and did measurements and was told he would give it to her the next day. She called twice and left messages with no response. Very unprofessional. We would never recommend using this company.

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. She set the appointment for the next day, and then she called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted the technician to come sooner. He came on time, was very nice and finally FINALLY got my drains cleared. I'd reccomend KCPlumbing Pro, based on my experience with them.
