They came in and got all the water drained and came back to install my new water heater that was damaged. Colden came both times and answered my questions. I don’t know jack about plumbing. But I was charged $178 for a repair that did not fix my problem. He said “This might or might not work.” And when it didn’t work he quoted me another $650 to fix the “real” problem. I called, the dispatch blew me off.

I had a shower and sink backing up and needed it taken care of quickly. I called first thing on a Friday thinking I would have to schedule for next week, but they were able to come out same day! Within in a couple hours from my phone call, they were out to my house and had diagnosed what was causing the back up was not a main line issue, but some old plumbing. They quickly cut out the problem pipe, installed a working piece and solved my problem. Could not be more happy with the response time and how quickly my problem was taken care of. Also Cory was great at explaining the issue and the fix. I will be using Zoom Drain again if I run into any other problems.

Company was able to schedule us the same day to install water heater. Devin was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything that needed to be completed and also noticed a few other repairs that we would need to fix at some point in time. He took time explaining what needed to be fixed but did not pressure us into purchasing anything additional right then. After the job was completed, Devin explained everything that he had installed. Great job!

I have been a customer of Pierpoint Plumbing for over two years. I had them out on two separate occasions, once for a clogged kitchen sink and the other for a broken pipe. Our tech was on time and very nice. Great communication with the office and super friendly. We got an estimate for the repair but we felt it was pricey.

Never got my estimate back after they came out to my house. Called to check why and they stated they would send it but I have not recieved my estimate after several weeks
