UPDATE 48 Hour Later - Still not resolved. We have been without cool air for 48 hours in 90+ degree temps. First, they ordered a new Amana/Goodman ACoil. It didn't work and was apparently defective... like the original but a different issue. Then they returned the next day (today) with a new TXV... didn't work. Now they have installed yet another ACoil, but this one isn't even Amana/Goodman, so I'm assuming it voids my warranty according to the Amana/Goodman documentation. Somehow this keeps getting worse instead of better. I reached out to Amana themselves and I'm waiting a call back from a supervisor as this has become a nightmare of a situation. I paid around 9k for a brand new Amana HVAC and now I have a hodge-podge system of different manufacturer parts that still doens't work. The tech is nice and has been through alot... heck, he's been here more than my family at this point. He's worked 12 hour days which I appreciate, but it still isn't working. At this point I'd almost prefer they rip it out and start all over with a completely new system... same model since that's what I'm paying for.New entire HVAC system installed in November by Ideal Air. Heating was fine through winter. Notice after having the AC on for awhile, there was a water leak around the a-coil unit drip pan, but at least we still had very cool air and it was cooling the house fine. Ideal Air sold to Climate Control KC. I call them, they come out and explain the part is defective from the factory and they will need to replace the a-coil. OK, no problem, these things happen and the technician was very nice. Next week goes by and I get no calls about anything. I call on a Thursday to get status. They said they would call back the next day, Friday. Friday goes by and no call. I call the following Monday for my 2nd follow-up call to get status. They come out the following day and replace the a-coil. Later that night the AC stops and says LPC fault. I believe that is low pressure cutoff. I call them back at night trying to get their 24 hour line. I couldn't get anyone so I chatted with someone via the site. I don't get a call back until the next day and was told they will try to get someone out today. I don't understand how my AC not working on a 90+ degree day isn't a priority when the issue was caused by the repair the day before. Unfortunately my warranty is stuck with this company since they bought Ideal Air. I might need to find someone else regardless. Hopefully they can make this right. I see there are other critical reviews for their responsiveness/communication.

The gentleman that showed up to replace our water heater were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were professional along with being quick for installation. Would highly recommend this company.

Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.

I had HVAC issues in subzero temperature. I received service within 20 min after I called, the issues was diagnosed and fixed very fast. Highly recommend 👌

Very pleased with the service, the attention given and how even though it was a long day for them and they were booked pretty solid, they still fit me in. On the first hot day this year, which spanned the upper 90’s for 4 good days, I turned on my AC to find that it didn’t come on or work at all, but had a Freon leak and had emptied over the winter. I called all over the city for someone to come help us, everyone was booked up. Morton Man fit me in same day and got me back in a livable climate. The pricing was very fair as well, which we appreciated so much, since no one exactly plans to have those unexpected types of expenses pop up. I’ll be calling them for all my HVAC needs from now on.

5 stars because I am very satisfied with Bob Hamilton service at all levels: dispatchers, technicians, comfort consultants and installers.My furnace stopped working in a 16F day. The lady on the phone was very polite. The technician Jeff provided excellent service, warned the furnace had hazardous condition and not safe to operate. He checked the CO levels to ensure there is no poisoning and recommended replacing the entire 18-year-old unit. We didn’t doubt him because there was smoke/metal smell when the furnace was on.The comfort specialist Danny arrived very quickly the same night. He showed us different options for replacing, explained pros and cons of different products and did not pressure us to buy. I made research and the price they gave us was very fair and reasonable for the product we choose. They are not cheap, but their systems are high quality.The installation was the next morning. Drew and Turner arrived on time despite the snow/ice outside. They were very professional and considerate for not making mess while working. Finished on time, and we had our heat back in the afternoon. Drew and Turner made sure to explain how the new system and thermostat work too.I am not able to give rating for the furnace and AC since they are still new but the service and entire coordination of the company were excellent.

Friends of mine highly recommend someone else. Don't always trust everything you see on TV. Not recommended

I’ve used LBA ever since becoming a home buyer 20 years ago. In the last two weeks, LBA technicians have installed a furnace, air conditioner, water softener and sump pump. They’ve all been professional, knowledgeable, skilled and thorough in answering my questions.

My shower was an eyesore and leaking water. Shane spent 3 very long days take care of the leaking issue and then replacing the tiles. Now it is no longer an eyesore and looks beautiful. This is not the first time Mr Handyman has been to my home. I think they have have been here 3 or 4 times and their work has been fantastic. Thanks so much for the hard work.
