Best City Water Service in Kansas City MO

Chris helped me switch out laminate countertops - same exact style, but different color. He was on time, and even called me the night before to discuss details. I had all the materials already on site, so we were able to get right to work. Chris was phenomenal! He demo'd the old countertops neat as a pin, and cut and installed the new ones in no time! I was so pleased with his workmanship and calm, patient attitude. This was my first experience with Handyman Matters, and I couldn't be happier!

Randy was very good. Not only did he replace the garbage disposal but did a great job replacing all the messed up pipes. Job well done!

We thought we were in for a major problem and were bracing for the big expense. Our technician got here fast and found an inexpensive problem and fixed it and has continued to keep our old system up and running.

Very prompt service on initial phone call for my clogged kitchen sink drain. They were not able to auger out the issue so they had to schedule out a second visit to jet out the clog. They came in for the second visit and were able to clear the issue. They were very prompt and pricing is comparable to other drain service providers in the area. Would call again in the future and would recommend to others as well.

Mike and Bristol Plumbing are first class. Mike has been to my house on several occasions to fix small and large plumbing problems. He has been on time and very professional. Mike fixed the problem in both instances quickly and with quality parts and supplies.
I feel comfortable leaving the keys to my house with Mike!

I emailed them pictures of my existing 1998 water heater for a quote on Friday. I received the quote the next day and it was FAR better than any other quote I got from the big local companies. Not to mention Chase did not try to convince me to buy a bunch more products/services like the big companies. They got me in the following Tuesday morning. Chase and his apprentice showed up right on time. Super nice guys, got everything (including water pressure regulator install) done in about 2 hours, cleaned up everything and were on their way. Very impressed with them and highly recommend them.

Anthony called to make an appointment within 10 minutes of my call to them. He came out the next morning at 8 am. Great service!

These guys were awesome! Originally thought I had a busted sewer line, thankfully these guys were recommended to me and they were able to come in and find the root of the problem. Easily got another appointment scheduled for them to come out and hydro jet my line getting all the roots out. They gave me some recommendations and were very professional. I'll be using them again the next time and recommend them to anyone. They tell you how it is, no BS no 2nd opinion needed.

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!

The gentleman that provided plumbing services was extremely polite. The service was completed with in 24 hours. A little pricey but I didn't mind for the job being performed so quickly.
