Brad and crew coordinated with me, we’re extremely timely, spent time explaining and detailing all that they were doing, and made sure I was happy with and thoroughly understood my plumbing system. It was the lowest quote price I received after consult with several plumbers and I was extremely happy with the work completed. Annually, it is must that we have professional services for our A/C, furnaces, and duct exchange. These guys are always helpful and we have never been unsatisfied with their service. They always come on time and always provide great experience. Thumbs up for you!

I needed a water heater moved about one foot, and a pipe to the water heater moved from under an I-beam to over and around it. I was quoted $910 by John after he calculated parts and labor on his phone, saying this was a big job and would take two guys 5-6 hours. Quite frankly I was shocked and I challenged that questioning how moving a pipe and the water heater could take that long. I figured about 2-3 hours. John was insistent it would be a big job. The work was done well ... in 3 hours. Instead of being good businessmen and reducing my cost do to their grossly (no pun intended) overstated labor costs and time - THEY INCREASED IT! I was billed $1000 per bid. That is not what was bid and it certainly did not take 5-6 hours as described in the bid. I feel as if I was deliberately over-bid (not to mention over-charged). I will NEVER use these thieves again. It's too bad, when Val Gross owned/ran this company it was very respectable. The new owner is not trustworthy if he allows this type of business practices to go on. When I tried to call and complain about the obvious over-bid and over-charge my calls were never returned.

I had Rainbow come out to fix a backed up shower and toilet. They fixed the problem that day, but within six days it was backed up again. Dave and Jonathan came out for the second time and it took just a few minutes to clear the line. They both mentioned that I might consider having the old copper replaced where it attached to the cast iron sewer line, since that was where it was always getting clogged up at. Five days later, yep, it was backed up again. Debbie had them come out first thing Monday morning and they knew right where the trouble was. I want to mention that I was only charged for their first visit. The last two times Rainbow came out there was no charge. At this point it was clear that the pipe needed to be replaced so I called and Debbie set it up for the next afternoon. I requested Dave and Jonathan do the work and they were done in a couple of hours. Both Dave and Jonathan were friendly, professional and courteous. They also answered any questions I had about the work they were doing, taking time to explain it to me. I actually understand more about plumbing now than I did before. I have recommended Rainbow to several friends of mine and I appreciate the great customer service I've always received from everyone there!!

I used them to replace a main drain. House was vacant so they bounced in and out as needed. Dust from the floor cutting got on everything so they hired a cleaning crew to take care of it. I feel like they did a good job for what was needed. And were more fair than other quotes.

Do not depend on them. Should be plummets when we feel like it.
