Jacob Brown with Quality Plumbing was the best. came from a job in St Joe to us in Raymore. Our toilet was leaking into the basement. We flushed it once and he knew immediately what needed to be done. He explained everything that was wrong and what he did to repair it. Very good at explaining so I understood. He is at the top of my list to call for plumbing problems. He also saw we had a disconnected pipe in the basement which needed capped off and got it fixed quick.

We had a copper pipe burst in our basement on a Saturday afternoon (pipe freeze). Pierpoint Plumbing in Kansas City, MO promptly returned our call the same day and offered to repair it early Sunday morning. Plumber was very personable, did a great job and also provided valuable advice to improve our installation in the future. Work done included burst copper pipe replacement, replacement of outside faucets with new freeze-less anti-siphon faucets, installation of ball valve, and easy drain valve indoors in the basement. Charged a competitive amount . We warmly recommend Pierpoint Plumbing Company and will gladly hire them again in the future.

This place was suppose to come out to my house twice both times they never showed when they said they would.said they called with no answer and showed up and nobody was home which is a lie because I was working in my garage alday both times and I got in call print outs from my cell provider showing they never called.they have charged me $75 service fee through my rental company and there's nothing I can do about it all n one will not answer my phone calls or return them.this is the worst company ever. Do not call them it will be a waste of time.

High winds blew down a portion of my privacy fence. Bids were solicited for repair or replacement of the entire fence. Shocked by a $9000 bid for replacement, I settled for an $1800 repair. It was in the middle of the heat wave, so work was postponed a week to no avail and took an extra day to complete. I was under the impression that the fence would be repaired by replacing the damaged and broken sections of the fence. No. The fence was literally mended and the old fence sections re-attached to a new fence post. 3 posts, 3 buckets of quik-crete, and 3 extra pickets replaced rotten and/or damaged parts of the fence. So far, it appears that the repairs are good. Once stained to match the rest of the fence, it should look acceptable.

We needed immediate service because our water heater stopped working. It was a huge inconvenience, and we couldn't wait much longer. We gave Plumbers 911 a call, their operator was kind and friendly, and in less than an hour, Doug arrived to help us out. He resolved the issue fairly quickly, thanks for saving our water heater!
