I have a maintenance package, so it usually doesn’t cost me anything when they come, but they are always thorough and make sure they do a good job each time they come.

I hired Anthony to replace a valve. He did it over the weekend with reasonable charge. Later the valve had leakage, he replaced it on weekend again to accommodate my schedule without any charge.

Great and honest.! Travis ran the camera and showed me there were no breaks or fractures. He was able to locate the real problem (roots). He corrected the pronlem. Another company had advised the old clay pipe was broken and need replaced.

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs

Our most recent work done by Jason of Northland Handyman. Slide out shelves in our pantry. Jason secured shelves, after re-spacing them, and installed the slide-out shelves. Quick, accurate, and tidy work. We will always call Northland Handyman first. Jason has also measured and installed quartz countertops for us, flooring in our kitchen, and ceiling fans (including wiring). Good and reliable.

We're undergoing a remodel on a new home within a tight timeframe, and have many coordinating parts to the process, which Austin, Zachary and Dayton at Pierpoint Plumbing seamlessly worked around. It is apparent they all take pride in their craft. If fair pricing, quality work and responsive communication is your thing (why wouldn't it be, right?), then they should receive a gold medal in addition to a five-star rating. My home warranty company sent Golden's for my plumbing issues and they arrived within the time frame they told me, and the plumber, Gabe, was very friendly and professional. G
He even gave us some tips to keep our drains from clogging and was able to get the part we needed right away and install it within an hour or so. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks!

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.

Alex was amazing. He was on-time and immediately identified the issue(s) with our shower. At the same time he also showed me what he intended to do with the sink... it needed a stopper added. He took the time to show me how much it would cost, and even had to leave to get a part but DID NOT CHARGE for the time it took him to get that part. If I ever need another plumber, I'm asking for Alex from True Blue Plumbing... he spoiled me with his GREAT service!!!
