Bristol Plumbing came out this morning to repair frozen water pipes leading to the kitchen sink. I called on Sunday & they came out first thing this morning. They were meticulous in assessing the problem & determining the location of the frozen pipe in the finished basement ceiling. They were careful only to remove the necessary drywall to locate the correct water pipes. Our kitchen faucet is now working & we have a plan to correct the problem for the long term. Their pricing was very fair for the work they did, especially on a sub-freezing day. I would highly recommend Bristol Plumbing!

Jason is an outstanding human and swell guy. He is knowledgeable, personable and professional. He was in no rush and took the time to listen to us and help us diagnose the issue we were having. Our main drain backed up for the third time since we have lived here (7 years). We had service each time and the problem continued. Jason took the time to listen to us and it turned out we have another line in our basement that was the “root” cause of our problem. (Yes that was a pun 😝)Please note this happened on Fourth of July weekend and Jason came to our emergency call around 4:30AM with a great attitude and a smile on his face.Not only did he help us with this, he had a team member out to our house with a camera within an hour of his departure, and with no charge. In the past we have been told we would need to call to set this up and there would be another $75 charge, thus we never did it.We are confident our issue has finally been resolved as Jason did remove quite a lot of debris from our second line. If we have a problem in the future we will call Roto-Rooter and request Jason.My husbands review: That guy was bad a%#.Hope this helps. 😀ADDENDUM: The camera guy/field supervisor just left and he was amazing also! Very kind, informative and professional. We now have a detailed understanding of what’s going on in our pipes and where there is potential for problems in the future. I called Above and Beyond requesting that they come out to perform a leak detection. They were very professional sending text updates etc. and they came out to inspect the source of the leak that same day. Chad, the representative that came out was very professional and knowledgable and truly went “Above and Beyond”. The leak was very difficult to detect as it was impossible to replicate and he performed a roof inspection as well, above the area where the leak is. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. 5 star service!
