I thoroughly enjoyed my plumbing experience with Bruce. You're never happy to have to call a plumber, but he made it a truly pleasant experience. He was very punctual and polite. He was very honest about what work I did and didn't need, and gave multiple options so that I could stay within budget. He was in and out within an hour. Hopefully, this is the end of my plumbing issues, but if not, I know I'll be calling Benjamin Franklin again.
