They were pleasant, walked me through any questions I had and once they had cleaned up, it was like they were never there.Special thank you to Micah who had serviced our old units on multiple occasions. He's always very courteous and talks us through what ever problems we were having and helped us select the new units that were right for us. Climate control is a great company and we will happily be using them for years to come.

Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.

This was our second experience with BFP and they did an excellent job for us. We had two significant leaks in our basement that required half a day's worth of work. The technicians arrived exactly when they said they would and were very polite and professional. Once the work was complete, one of them walked us through everything they did to resolve the issues and answered all of our questions. I would absolutely use BFP again.
