Called R-mech due to our sewer line backing up. Andrew and Jesse came out. They were able to snake my line. Afterwards they ran a camera and discovered that my line was offset. Andrew showed me the video and I could see where the problem was. Instead of immediately pressuring me into an expensive fix, Andrew was honest and told me I could live with the problem short-term, but eventually the line would need to be repaired. He gave me several tips to help with the problem and went over several options to fix the problem.I was very impressed with the professionalism and service. I would highly recommend R-Mech to anyone.

I called LBA a week ago yesterday and left a message for someone to call. They never did. I called back, I believe last Monday, and the man that answered said a note had been sent to a supervisor to call me...still no call. Your customer service has gone downhill and we are very unhappy with LBA now. Considering switching to another company. If you cannot return a call in a week, something internally is lacking!

Our hot water heater started leaking yesterday. The installers referred us to Grabill Plumbing, and they called quickly to set an appointment, arrived promptly, were courteous and professional, and got everything switched out and re-installed quickly. I was looking to get our HVAC serviced, and called around everywhere. Iooking for great prices and service. I found CEI Electrical and Mechanical. From having excellent customer service to the technician being very professional, from now on when we need anything service related I'm only calling CEI.
