Juan Martinez of Clarke Kent Plumbing did a fabulous job cleaning out our drain and letting us know about the problems with our plumbing situation. He's a highly skilled professional and a good person as well. He even made friends with our dog! I highly recommend him.

Benjamin did two separate repairs for us. The first one was an emergency leak late on a Sunday night. He was at our door within 20 minutes of calling him and made the repair quickly. The second set of repairs were also done quickly and professionally. He also gave me some detailed information on other plumbing issues I was having free of charge. I highly recommend Benjamin and his team, they know what they’re doing and are on time.

I had been without hot water for three days. Pierre drove to inspect it within 2 hours of my call, and he was able to get it turned back on! The water heater needs to be replaced, but he was able to get me back up and running!

We had a water leak that Cedar Park didnt notify us, except via very high water bill. I had checked all around the inside of the house and found nothing to be leaking. Found water in our yard near the water meter box. Figured the leak was there. Contacted Proven Plumbing after googling and saw the 5 star reviews around 4:30pm. Louis came by by about 15 minutes later and diagnosed the issue, and quoted me a price. Helped me turn off water and showed me how to turn it off/on as needed (for showers, etc). Skylar showed up around 8am next day and began working on issue. Dug up and replaced leaking yard transition. Copper female adapter threads had disintegrated. We were back up and working/fixed before I got home from work. Very professional, very honest, and competitive pricing. Most importantly very fast. I will not hesitate to use them again for any plumbing/water leak fixes.

Totally recommended. First, the unit was not cooling. I didn't have the liquid (Freon) to cool. They explained to me everything they would have to do, then they had to replace some coils (on a new system). That was working perfectly, I am very grateful to Turbo
