I had Rooterman come out on the weekend for a backed-up sewer line. Curtis was on time and very careful to return the bathroom to the same state it was in, before he pulled the toilet. He even took a look with a video camera to give me a status on the health of my line. I highly recommend this company, as Curtis was just another shining example of an honest, hard-working member of Dave’s (owner) crew.

I have used A&T plumbing for many tasks over the past years. Pierre and team have installed two new water heaters, installed dishwasher, replaced toilets, etc. They are always dependable, on-time, professional and overall just do quality work. They also do not push jobs on you or try to scare you into doing work that is not in the customer's best interest. It is great to see small business being run with such integrity. Highly recommended.

I would use them again! I did initially feel like it was more expensive than it should have been. Howey, I'm not a drain expert hence why I called them. So stick shock aside they explained the prices clearly and according to a quick Google search the price was under/right on the edge of the national average.The technician was kind, polite, and professional. He explained to me how I can prevent the issue in the future. While I wouldn't have been able to fix my issue he told me a couple things to try next time before calling. I appreciate his honesty in trying to help me spend less money. I'll definitely use them next time I have a plumbing issue I can't fix!

I had a leak in our restroom and needed the kitchen sink augured so called a plumbing company. They fixed the leak and then I asked about the kitchen sink he said Oh... I'm sorry... I couldn't clear the line. WHAT??? So back to the internet. I always use small local family owned business and that is how I found Moore & More Plumbing. I scheduled a service call. David Steele showed up with his apprentice, Noah and he said we will try this auger. If it doesn't work then we will bring out the big gun. Well it didn't work... and neither did the big gun auger. Time to step up to the power jet. He came back with serious back up... David Moore showed up as well. They worked and worked and worked on our drain. There was no quit in there game. After several hours and making them late for dinner... our lines are cleared of the years of grease built up. I never write reviews this long... but I just wanted everyone to know just how awesome this company is. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Moore & More has a client for life. A word of warning to my neighbors.My experience with Austin Plumbing has been terrible. First......they put in a natural gas heater in a house fitted for propane. I found out after that it was downright dangerous and a code violation. That was in August last year. Second.....this February I called them because hot water stopped again. No response. So I called Cold Is On The Right Plumbing who came over immediately and diagnosed the problem. But they kindly referred me back to the original company since the heater was still under warranty. But.....Austin Plumbing just asked me to contact the manufacturer myself. So I was forced to hire Cold Is On The Right to remedy the situation.....which they did.I am disappointed with Austin Plumbing, not so much for the initial mistake made but for not being upright and forthcoming about it. Without honesty and accountability nothing else matters.

I have used this company for 23 years and they have always been extremely reliable. Also these guys have done everything from repairing slab leaks to installing vanity fixtures, and can do it all. I rely on them to do the serious/difficult work and know they they stand behind the work they perform.

I messed around and had one of the other guys come out to the house. I'm left with $1000's of damage I now have to fix. Never again! I can't say enough about the professionalism and competence of Cold is on the Right Plumbers. They came to my home, conducted a thorough assessment of what needed to be done, and explained it all to me -- straightforward in a way that made sense. I believe they are an honest company that stands behind their work (not a company that preys on people when disaster strikes). The plumbing service industry in Austin is full of snake oil salesmen and inexperienced technicians that can cost the average homeowner $1000's more than is needed per job. If you want to take your chances on one of them other guys -- be my guest -- you will NOT get what you paid for -- you will get headaches and that feeling in your gut when you get ripped off. I don't think I've ever been so compelled to write a review. Proven plumbing is amazing. This is the second time I have used them. Our Plumber, Richard, is the NICEST, most customer service oriented and professional person I have been around in a long time. I can't express how nice this person is. Plus, I completely trust him. I would refer him to anyone. His helper, Stacey, was also really nice.
