I do appreciate S&D coming out to check on my sump pump the day I called, and the agent was nice. However, the phone agent said it would be a free consultation and then the agent who came ran my hose to the pump and watched it work, and said the issue was likely a power outage. He then charged me $250. This was more than expected, and more than the value brought of the “diagnostic”, and was disappointing for my first try of this company.

Brent, Jordan, and Jarrod did great work for a clog garbage disposal. I helped them myself to unclog my garbage disposal. Paid $165.00 for complete service. This service repair seems really high, especially for not replacing the garbage disposal unit itself. It was a very expensive service.

Mr david moore is my hero called this morning with clogged drain and he immediately sent a team to my house to fix problem i was under a lot of stress and felt alone and hopeless thanks to him he gave a sense o f relief and assurance that my life will be okay i have mental health issues ( depression, and suicidal thoughts) his team were very professional and knowledge able and have great comuniction skills i honestly believe that he saved me from losing my mind thank you so much his team also treated me like i was important to them always a plus again thank you moore and more plumbing.

Called on Friday. They offered a “free” quote for a new Hot Water heater on Saturday, then charged me $114 because it was a Saturday.

During the Texas winter storm disaster, we weren't able to turn our water back on at the sewer level because the valve deep in the ground was broken. Travis and his team were able to come and completely replace the parts and had us back up and running. They were quick to respond, they knew exactly the parts to bring, and were in and out. We will only use them in the future!

Joel and his team from Good Flow are exceptional! They did such a great job on moving a water heater, we had them come back and do more work on our bathroom. Joel's team showed up on time, completed the work within the time frame, and went the extra distance and alerted us to further problems on the bathroom, we were able to get everything completed at the some time. If you want the job done right the first time then Joel and his team will do that for you.

Abel worked me into his schedule and was prompt (no delay!). He’s without a doubt a competent, hardworking man who has chose to go independent and will go far. Was professional, friendly and happily answered all my random plumbing questions. Provided an estimate on pricing BEFORE he even came out (the old established companies in town charge you just to get an estimate from them and don’t provide any pricing estimates until they arrive). Also gave me a hefty discount for installing 2 toilets instead of just 1. And did some other minor work that he chose not to charge me for. Above and beyond and was nothing like the plumbing experience I’m used to. Stop reading, and call this dude.P.s. I’m one of those annoying ppl that typically only leave reviews when I’m unhappy. I was just that impressed with my experience

Cheating Service Man - Agreement with office was for them to show up at 9am since location does not open till then, they could not do a booking without a time window till two weeks later so we agreed to that and set up a date way out in the future. On the day of service I receive a call from service agent at 8:18am saying he had arrived. Stressed to him that no will be at location until 9am so he was too early, and the office knew this. He reassured me he would wait and not bill till he got in. He got in at 8:45am with cleaning crew and supposedly started his inspection. He was out at 9:15am by which time I was on site, and took an additional 10 minutes to write up his report. I asked about billing and he said the office would bill me at rate agreed to, but he did not know rate. He said he would bill for 1 hr of service, and 1/2 hr commute (first I ever heard of being billed for commute time). He showed me final inspection report (no time or billing entered) and asked me to review. Once reviewed he asked me to follow him to van, and asked me to sign report and gave me a carbon copy. I get home and realize on the carbon copy he is claiming to arrived there at 7:30am and rather than bill for 1.5hrs, he billed me for 2.75 hrs. I immediately called him and he tried to convince me that the 7:30am on the invoice was some standard nomenclature they used and not arrival time. I questioned further and he asked me to call the office. I called the office and complained and they asked me to call back and speak with customer service manager. I called the rep back to call him out on supposedly not knowing the rate, and also to confront him on why he was claiming 2.75 hrs of time, and he lost his temper and hung up. I called the customer service manager and left two voicemails explaining the discrepancy in time and unscrupulous behavior of their agent, and over two months later still no call back. Terrible service, and thieving agent that almost double billed me. No Bueno! Call a local mom and pop service company and hope for pride and integrity in customer service.

Yuri is a lifesaver and an absolute professional. I couldn’t think of one thing he could have done better: on a scale from one to ten, he’s a twenty-three. I am incredibly grateful to have found him!!! Not all plumbers are in the top 1% of what they do. I have used dozens and dozens. No one compares. I will use him for life now. Ciao!

I contacted them today for a leak in a bathroom, that stained our downstairs ceiling.They came within the hour, gave me a reasonable quote and fixed it right away.When they left, they explained the next steps on how to prevent mold and make sure to keep the area dry.Very honest and reliable team that seem to work well together!

I've had Mark out to our first house for a major pipe burst in the garage a couple years ago and not only did he come out in the middle of the night and get the situation under control, he also let us know costs up front as well as what we could expect and do to better help prevent this kind of thing in the future. Having said that, when we moved to our new home in Pflugerville and our expansive clay soil bust the incoming water to the house near the foundation I knew just who to call. I spoke with Mark (the owner) and he was out to the house in about 20 minutes. As usual, Mark let me know exactly what the fee would be as well as a clear estimate on what to expect. The job was done timely and professionally and as always, Mark let me know what I could do in order to better protect the home as well as ways to avoid this kind of thing in the future. I HIGHLY recommend Mark and Pure Plumbing Service!

I’ve used Nathan’s Plumbing on two separate occasions, this time happened to be a clogged clothes washer drain. Even though the problem turned out to be more of an issue than what he originally quoted me on, he still honored his original quote and got the problem resolved in a timely manner.
