Professional, polite service tech. Gave an accurate cost estimate and asked for my approval before starting work. No extra fees or costs when the work was done. S & D Plumbing has high ethical standards and Chris, their tech, lived up to that standard. This is the second time I have used S & D. I have been pleased with their work both times.

We had a small leak that we couldn’t find the source of. Curtis K. from Rooter-Man came and helped us out. We were texted an arrival time and photo so we knew right when he’d show up and who he was. After reviewing our problem, Curtis explained our options and didn’t pressure us into making a decision. He found the source of the leak and made sure we understood what needed to happen. When he was done he did a good job of cleaning up and making sure we were satisfied.

John and Matt came out and did a great job fixing my clogged drain. In and out within 20 minutes!

I have used A & T a few times as I knew the owner from my previous neighborhood. I had to get a water heater replaced last minute a week ago and Pierre was by far, expedient, extremely knowledgeable and very affordable. He ordered, delivered and installed within a few days. His company handles both residential and commercial. I would definitely use them again and any time I need an expert. I also used his company a few years ago due to a toilet leaks and also for some irrigation issues with piping in yard. Again, top notch work, affordable and went above even when the services I needed weren’t their typical types of issues they handle.

Best plumbing experience in a long time. The plumber, Oscar de La Fuentes diagnosed my blockage problem and fixed it in record time. He explained everything, cleaned up the workspace, and showed me the issues and the results. He was respectful and also followed COVID protocols so that I felt extremely safe. I recently bought a home with some legacy plumbing issues. The first plumber that I contacted came out and quoted me $6,000 to fix the problem without doing a thorough diagnosis of the issue. Next, I reached out to Austin Plumbery at the recommendation of my realtor. They sent Travis Whitby out, and he and his coworker figured out what was wrong and completely fixed my issue for just shy of $300 while informing me that the previous plumber was incorrect with his assessment of the problem. If you're in the Austin area, I highly recommend these guys for all of your plumbing needs!

1/13/22 Derrick Vizcarrondo from Abacus came out to do our fall HVAC Work inspection. He was very friendly and efficient and provided us with some options for upgrades with estimates. My wife and I really like Abacus, third technicians are always top notch!5/9/22 had David Jiles from Abacus check out an issue with our HVAC. A couple of sharp sheet metal screws were protruding from the HVAC cabinet from work that was previously done. David quickly snipped off the ends of those screws and added some insulation around the gas line where it enters the cabinet. Really great service and Abacus as a company is very responsive, can’t recommend them more highly.5/8/22 Updating my review as Google won’t let you submit a review for a company you’ve already reviewed. I recently had a new gas range installed and the installer told me I didn’t have a gas shut off valve in the kitchen. So I called Abacus to have a plumber come out and install one. Eddie Pollack came out and it turns out I do have a gas shut off valve in a bottom cabinet. Eddie was very helpful and not only helped me find the gas shut off valve but also checked out my water heater and water pressure all for no charge! Abacus is a great company that goes the extra mile to make sure its customers are well taken care of and if you need a plumber, ask for Eddie Pollack, he’ll do you right!Ismael Martinez and his partner did an awesome job replacing my HVAC Plenum and some ductwork and installing a new Halo air purifier and cleaning the air ducts. Both men were very efficient and friendly and a credit to Abacus. So far nothing but positive experiences with our Abacus technicians.My apologies to Nik Cook. I accidentally overwrote the review I had previously left for him so I will try and recall what I had written. I cannot recommend Nik more highly. During an HVAC inspection, he found mold in our Plenum and ductwork that the company I previously used (Stan’s A/C) had missed for years. He also found that the water heater Stan’s installed 2 years ago had not been installed correctly which could have caused us to succumb to carbon monoxide poisoning. Fortunately this issue has since been resolved.In short, Abacus is an awesome company that employees great people. It’s not always your best day when something goes wrong with your home’s HVAC, plumbing or electrical, but having a company like Abacus available with courteous and competent technicians available to tackle your issues gives me confidence that no matter what goes wrong, Abacus can get ‘r done.

I took off of work so that I could be home for my 9am appointment and they no called no showed! I called 30 minutes after my appointment time and they said they might have someone that can come in an hour. Completely unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Abel came out the first time and did a great job however, I needed him to come back and re-set 2 toilet. I was on a strict schedule because I don't live in the town the work was to be performed. I had an appointment with him on a Monday afternoon. Called him 3 times that day. He never showed up & I still haven't heard from him. That was 4 days ago. I had to leave town and the toilets are still in the back yard.

Technician expertly & professionally repaired some electrical outlets in our backyard, in a timely manner & with pleasant conversation. We will use that technician again & recommend him to neighbors.

I was referred to Yuri and Ciao Plumbing by our neighbors. I had him bid on replacing my supply lines, angle stops, and re-plumb my kitchen for a new sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Yuri’s quote was much more reasonable than my regular plumber. Will schedule this work for after 1/1/21.Update 1/18/2021Yuri came out to my home today to work on several plumbing projects - change out all angle stops and supply lines to all faucets; installed new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal; reset and installed new supporting screws to master bath toilet; correct guest bath shower cartridge alignment; re-install angle stop to guest bath toilet; install new supply lines to washing machine. Yuri worked non-stop on these tasks and kept me informed throughout the process. His master plumber experience and job skills were evident in his work. Upon completion, Yuri took me room by room to show me what had been done, to check for leaks, and to ensure that all was in good working condition. He also patiently listened to and answered all my questions. Yuri is the consummate professional and I am very pleased with his work. I enthusiastically recommend Yuri and Ciao Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.Update 6/19/2022In December 2021 and later in February / March of this year, Yuri installed a salt-free water conditioner system in my home, installed new toilets and new plumbing / fixtures in our upgraded master bath shower, and also replaced a defective pressure reducer valve that was adversely impacting our water pressure. All work was done professionally and on time and at a very reasonable rate. I could not be more pleased with the results of this work. Thank you, Yuri!!!
