Best Water Heater Issues in Austin TX

Jeremy is the best plumber at Clark Kent! He installed a tankless hot water heater, on time and on budget. He took the time to answer my questions and left the work area clean. Clark Kent are now my go-to plumbers!

The receptionist is very professional and they were able to come for the service call promptly. The plumber was helpful, informative and responsive. He stayed all day at our place, into the night, to ensure that our problem was fixed. It was a big bill, but when there were later problems he quickly returned to rectify them and helped us out until it was fixed. Plumbing problems are no fun for anyone, but this plumber really helped us out in a friendly way. We are so grateful!

Billy Stavropoulos was on time, responsive, professional and pleasant. Happy to have the issue fixed right the first time. Radiant price a bit high (but was happy with the service).

Economy Plumbing came out exactly when they said they would. Brandon did an excellent job providing a thorough detailed plumbing repair estimate which was submitted to the insurer. The estimate was at np charge. I would recommend Economy Plumbing again.

Can't recommend them enough.Really friendly, both over the phone in being accommodating to my schedule, and in person. I had a pipe burst while I was out of town, and was coming back in town Friday night and was hoping to have water back on by Saturday. Nathan was able to come out first thing Saturday and was very friendly and polite. He was happy to answer questions and explain to me how things worked and was able to identify and fix the issue faster than I could've imagined. He was upfront about the costs and I can say this is a very honest business that does quality work at a fair price.

I am a fan! We have complex water heater issues at our home related to the original construction. There was no easy solution. Jeff spent much time problem solving instead of just ripping open walls which would have been much more costly. He came up with a solution that works perfectly. Ted and Jeff fixed other items in our home as well. I'm so thankful to find people that are top notch in their craft, kind, professional, easy to work with and very fairly priced. Gage did a wonderful job clearing out the scale from the water lines due to the water heaters being descaled. Pressure and heat are now great again.Clay and Kailum came out on New Year’s Day and removed a blockage from the main clean that backed up into the downstairs bathroom.They recommended getting on the platinum plan and that has already saved Benjamin’s this year!

Jeff and his cohort were kind, educational, and friendly. They solved the problem quickly and were willing to check another problem I have been trying to isolate. Jeff even helped remotely to prime the water heaters after the propane ran dry! Exceptional service!

This is an overdue review for a yard leak repair back in January. Dustin & Jacob showed up on time and quickly located the underground leak. They repaired it with a minimum of fuss and were efficient and courteous. Although plumbing repairs are never cheap, the guys were clear on the pricing and I felt it was reasonable . I would definitely recommend Plumb Quick as a very good local company who are responsive and conscientious

I was hopeful to be supporting a locally owned and operated business and had requested a quote. The plumber came for our diagnostic appointment and we went through the various projects that I was looking to complete and I thought the diagnostic went well and was informed that I would need a clean out installed prior to starting work. Austin water completed work fairly quickly and I reached back out to Austin Plumbery requesting the quote that had been promised. It took over a month and a half and several requests to finally get the quote. When I reviewed the quote. It was as if everything we went through wasn’t even noted and only one of the work requests I had asked for was quoted. I feel completely gypped. Ok, I understand if you have to charge a diagnostic fee, but come diagnose and not even remember or move forward with requests afterwards is poor customer service. I will not be moving forward with the work with this company. The lack of attention to detail is a clear red flag to any future work.

i first learned about Good Flow Plumbing on our Barton Hills neighborhood website and we want to thank those who took the time to report about this great company. We had the pleasure of having William & Ross take care of our plumbing issues. They were on time, polite and knew what they were doing. We are seniors who have lived in our home for 47 years. We have had a lot of experience over the years and these guys were the best! They have our business from now on and their price was reasonable as well.

Al just came and did a full repipe on my house. He did a great job being timely and the project was reasonably priced compared to the other options in the area.

Two fellows arrived to install my bathtub, laid the mortar bed for the bub, connected both the water and drain lines, did a fantastic job for me!

I am BEYOND grateful to 4 Paws Plumbing. After SNOVID, we were up schitt's creek without a paddle. Busted brand new water heater and couldn't get a plumber to actually show up. I was losing my mind not having hot water in my house. Laundry, dishes, stinky kiddos. At 6pm on a Friday, 4Paws arrived because my neighbor who is a builder called in a favor for me. I was so desperate. Our incredible neighbor let us buy his water heater from him (he said he could wait a month or two for a new one, since you literally could not find a water heater to buy in the state of TX after snowmageddon) and 4Paws had it installed within an hour. I was beyond impressed and so, so grateful. I will only use 4Paws Plumbing for all my plumbing needs going forward....And shout out to the terrible Austin Metro Plumbing for giving me a confirmed appointment via text, making me wait a week, and then NOT showing up or returning my phone call or text message. Y'all need to take some lessons from 4 Paws Plumbing on customer service.4 Paws are honest, hardworking plumbing rockstars!

BEST PLUMBING SERVICE IN AUSTIN!!!!!! I called A DeaL after a large alphabetical acronym service company cancelled my plumbing appointment about halfway through my 4 hour window. The time was ~6:30pm, it was the college football national championship game night, and day 4 of us knowing we had a significant leak (we made then other appointment 3 days prior) needless to say I needed help. Arnold (the owner) answered, heard my request, said he could be here in 20 minutes. Once he arrived he assessed the situation, gave me a quote and starting working. He had also called his sons (who work for him) to assist, they arrived after about 10 mins. They worked together quickly, found the source of the leak (a cheap fix on our main line before we bought the house), fixed it, cleaned up, and knocked $200 off the price Arnold had originally given me, all in under 2 hours. I can't imagine having a better experience with a larger service provider (given what I already experienced). If you're looking for a plumber to solve your problem swiftly to install new plumbing pipes and fixtures, earn your business, and support local Austin family owned businesses I can't imagine a better company than A DeaL. They are always a great option when it comes to take care of your house. If I see any type of damage in my plumbing or air conditioner I always call Turbo. They have a great maintenance plan and take care of everything.
