I want to thank Benjamin BL Plumbing for their amazing customer service! I called them on a Wednesday, they arrived Friday provided a reasonable estimate and completed the work within an hour! The entire process from start to finish was phenomenal! They allowed me to pay via a link at my convenience and now my tub faucet is working like new! I will be a repeat customer. Very grateful for their extraordinary service! Josh was very professional and Emily went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Great team work! Thank you!

I called them on a Sunday for a main drain clog , they scheduled for that afternoon. They finally let me know at six o'clock they were behind. I then scheduled for Monday afternoon, left work early and waited again. Called them at four and was told they had nobody available. I can understand if you are busy. .. Don't tell me you can make it if you can't! I used several hours of PTO for nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

They quoted me one price over the phone, when the two guys came to my house they quoted a higher price. I told them what I was quoted over the phone, they said yeah that sounds like a better deal and insisted on the higher price. I refused their price, but then I had to pay them for the service call. Next I bought a platinum package and they discounted for the service call, but they couldn't clear my drain so they wanted $500+ to bring in another tool, that also didn't clear it, eventually their supervisor came out, diagnosed my problem in five minutes, and knocked down the price because they didn't fix it. Supervisor was helpful and I appreciate him not charging full price for not clearing the drain, it was the best part of my experience.

Scott was very helpful to explain how my thermostat works and gave me a better understanding. He communicated to me what he was going to be doing to the system. He changed out the dirty filter, checked the outside unit and washed the dust off. He went over the maintenance plan with me and I made payment for another year.. I agree that you need to buy his lunch.

Five stars for a prompt response and getting a high quality job done quickly. This latest time I call they reset the leaking toilet and bill my landlord! I never even had to deal with it. Last year they replaced the water heater, my energy bill went way down and the did a follow up call a year later to make sure it was all good which it was. There pros and I'd recommend them to friends and family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When I had a serious piping problem I was told that I should completely change all the elements, but I got advice from turbo plumbing and they only changed one pipe and everything was as good as new, great.

We called this company as they appeared to be large enough to have a quick response. Our water heater was 5 months old and even though it was operating fine we were getting a error message and would have to reset the breaker. The technician advised us that warranty work had a rate of $400 an hour. That seemed excessive but he assured us he could easily repair. After I showed him the documentation on the suggested remedies for the repair he said he had spoken with his supervisor and would simply replace the heating elements to correct the problem. He came in later and said he had to run to his shop quickly. Long story short $850 dollars later we asked him to put it back together and leave as he was telling us we needed a new one at a cost of $3000.00. It never worked again. We had a master plumber out who discovered he had replaced our heating elements with old broken ones (pictures attached of original and his old broken ones). I guess he went to his shop to get the old ones. As a senior especially at this time during the pandemic I find this service appalling.

Quick response and scheduling; honest technician addressed the problem quickly. Will definitely use again in the future.!

Called about problems with our water heater. Austen got back to me within minutes. After describing what was going on he said he knew exactly what the problem was and that he didn’t even need to come out but could walk us through it over the phone. My husband called later that evening when he got home from work and sure enough within minutes our water heater was back to working perfectly!! Not only that but he didn’t even charge us anything. So grateful for his honest, knowledgeable, and gracious help!! Will definitely be using them again!!!

I'm super satisfied with the quality and professionalism of the service techs and staff at the plumb doctors. I called them to fix a knocking of the pipes I was experiencing with the master shower. The techs came out, did a few tests, and had a solution. They were very transparent, and made me feel at ease and calm. No drama. They fixed the issue in a matter of an hour.

When I first looked them up, they had 80 reviews and every one of them was 5 star. I thought, this is too good to be true. Well, I was wrong. They were incredible, and I don't use that word lightly. They arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call and had completed the repair 30 minutes after arriving. They were punctual, professional, affordable, and even well-mannered. Outside of AT&T, quite possibly the worst customer service you will ever experience. My story is far too long for a review but do know, I don't review lightly and this review is strictly to warn others and encourage them to source alternatives. It's like they didn't even want the job. Then I talked to other alternatives and they proceeded to list a litany of situations this company has screwed over others. It's laughable guys. Run!

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
