Wonderful experience with the two guys who found and fixed our leak. Nick came out and told me the plan and gave a good estimate. Within 20 minutes underground leak was detected and he and Eddie fixed as promised. Professional and polite. Would definitely ask for these two again.

Omid-he came out for my blocked kitchen drain. First plumber I called couldn’t clear the line. Omid was able to get it clear and talked me through keeping it clear. He was pleasant & professional.

Zach was so professional and informative. He is a man of his word and showed up early to start the job and even finished early too! I highly recommend them!

AAA looked at our water heater and expressed high confidence in fixing it for $500. After several delays, the plumber installed some new parts (leaving bits hanging out) and the heater worked for about 10 minutes. (Since I had been able to light the pilot before, I'm not sure there was any improvement.) They did at least point out that the pilot light must be going out for a reason (I guess some people might try overriding the safety features somehow.), and (probably correctly) recommended a new water heater. Visual inspection by other plumbers showed the real problem, but they insisted that it could not have been predicted. The quality control manager eventually agreed to refund part of what we had paid, but then AAA simply didn't send the cheque.Edit: AAA eventually sent the cheque as promised. I changed the rating from 1 star to 3.

I've had Mark out to our first house for a major pipe burst in the garage a couple years ago and not only did he come out in the middle of the night and get the situation under control, he also let us know costs up front as well as what we could expect and do to better help prevent this kind of thing in the future. Having said that, when we moved to our new home in Pflugerville and our expansive clay soil bust the incoming water to the house near the foundation I knew just who to call. I spoke with Mark (the owner) and he was out to the house in about 20 minutes. As usual, Mark let me know exactly what the fee would be as well as a clear estimate on what to expect. The job was done timely and professionally and as always, Mark let me know what I could do in order to better protect the home as well as ways to avoid this kind of thing in the future. Highly recommend Neighborhood to all of those in the Lake Travis area. The ENTIRE team, from scheduling support to the licensed, professional plumber who came onsite to help us out, were absolutely fantastic. I have used other local plumbing companies for various projects around the Lakeway area and regret not finding Neighborhood sooner. To top it all off, they still do business the correct way and followed up my service with a hand-written note, signed by their entire team, asking for ways they could improve. Fantastic experience with Starr Sewer and Drain. In the process of selling our home, the buyers inspection uncovered a 20 foot “belly” in our drain line under our foundation. We had to make repairs and close on the home in under 3 weeks (we had a closing on our new home purchase too). Extensive repairs had to be made in a condensed timeframe. Starr made it happen !!!
