Best Video Camera Inspection in Austin TX

We had a terrible experience with this company and would never use them again, or recommend them to anyone.Our gardener pointed out a leak in the concrete on one side of the house. We called Clarke Kent plumbing and they came out to take a look. Not only did they take 6 hours to inspect the leak, they told us the only way they could figure out where the leak is is to use a carbon machine which would cost us $550. if they didn't find the leak, they would expense this. However, if they found the source of the leak, we would pay for this.Desperate and admittedly ignorant, I said yes.They went out to buy this machine, came back, and confirmed the leak to be in the bathroom sink. Then they said they would have to tear down the wall, run a new line, all in all it would cost $2000 just to open the wall and another estimated $10 to 15,000 to run the line depending on what they found. We were shocked.Cut to: we called a leak detection company. paid $475 for them to detect a leak with hi-tech equipment. They found leak in our toilet sealant, gave us a video of the detection for our records, and said it would be an easy fix estimated around $200.We called Clarke Kent and asked to be reimbursed for their misdiagnosis. They came, they made all sort of excuses, now they refuse to get back to us on anything. They asked for all our receipts and said they would get in touch with the company that fixed the leak to figure out what they did. In short, it has been months and still no response to any of our calls.We feel they are totally incompetent at best, corrupt at worst. Beware before considering them.

It seems only logical to declare that Mr. Rooter is the best plumber in Austin. They have the best equipment, the best work ethic, the best response times, and the best prices. I wouldn't recommend calling anyone else if you're in need of a plumber.

I needed an inspection within the day and called these guys up. Jennifer the plumbing girl came out within the hour notice. We were getting seller permission on the spot as she got to the property. She got this done, spend the weekend to go over all the findings, explain options, costs, and very honest. I'm overall very impressed with both the promptness and quality of work.

Ryan came to our home to replace the water heater and we were very impressed with how courteous and professional he was. Could not say enough good things about this company. We had a pretty major leak in our master shower and within 4 hours of making the first call they had someone at our home. Dealing with Kari over the phone was a dream and the Joey and Jake came out and had the problem fixed in under an hour!All were very polite and professional! We will definitely be using this company for any other issues that come up!

We had a busted pipe during the 2021 snow storm, and Mark braved the hazardous road conditions to come to our house and get our leak fixed. He was able to immediately identify where the leak was, and completed his repairs in no time. When the city restored water, we unfortunately found another busted pipe, and Mark made time for us and fixed it again. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and down to Earth. His prices are fair, and his work quality is excellent. I highly recommend you check him out!!

They clean the line as best they could, but identified the problem as on the city side of the sewer. Had to call the city sewer department and they have cleaned it out so it’s working now.

I had a leak in a drain pipe under the center of my slab foundation. The plumbing company I have hired many times over the years gave me a ridiculously high quote to tunnel 30 feet to perform the repairs. I was referred to Starr Sewer & Drain by a neighbor, Starr responded quickly and communicated well! The leak turned out to be what they called a “spot-repair”, 1/10 the cost of tunneling.

Ray Davis saved the day when he came during the freeze to help fix a busted pipe. Usually we use ABC Commercial but they quoted us a full week (plus overtime). Ray came out that night and fixed it in less than an hour. We will not be calling anyone else for our plumbing needs!

You might lead a charmed life and go through it without ever needing a plumber, but if you ever DO, I can't say enough great things about The Plumbinator Round Rock. Mickey and his crew have stood by us throughout several different episodes and they've been professional, honest and trustworthy and perform superior work every single time. They're great, someone you can rely on when you need help, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Pro tip: they remove their shoes before coming in. Very consider and found a simple fix to what could have been an expensive job.

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
