We had a sewer line clog. Another rooter company came out and could not break up the clog or locate the cleanout valve. They said we would have to install a new cleanout valve and/or dig through the garage floor because it was likely that the pipe was broken. The proposed solution would cost $8,000+.Scheduling with Rooterman was a breeze and very professional. Mike came out the same day, had a longer cable that could reach the clog and break through. With a camera, they identified it was a grease clog and that there was nothing wrong with the pipe. Mike documented the problem well, adding a photo of the location of the buried cleanout valve, and saved the day.There was a $79 visit fee, but that's applied towards any other service needed.Would call Rooterman or recommend them again.

Jeff Hicks was an absolute all-star helping me out in a pinch. Had a broken pipe that was leaking into the kitchen and garage. They answered my call that morning, sent out Jeff, and he had everything fixed by the afternoon. He also was very honest and did everything he could to help me without breaking the bank. Will definitely continue to use Radiant Plumbing and Jeff in the future.

Really helped us out! We had water in front of our house on the street and our meter box was flooded. We had a broken pipe somewhere and needed someone good at water main repair and fast! Lee was professional and prompt, he gave my husband an estimate over the phone and texted us when he was en route. He had the tools to locate the leak and the parts on hand so it was a quick repair and good news for us! Definitely calling if we ever need a water main repair again.

My 9 year old water heater sprung a leak. I called a plumbing service that recently replaced my garbage disposal and was told they wouldn't be able to help me for a few days. My neighbor had Stan's replace his water heater. I called Stan's and 1 other plumber and decided to use Stan's because of their stat availability. My tech, Jonas, was very professional, informative and personable. He explained everything to me and took pictures of my new water heater (it was up in the attic) to show me what he was talking about. He gave me tips on how to maintain it. He answered all my questions and even was very meticulous about cleaning up after himself. I felt very well taken care of because of him and will ask specifically for him in the future for my plumbing needs.

We have been using Fox for over 20 years. Every time I try some one else, it cost more for the same work. We have used them for hvac, plumbing and electric. The employees are always respectful and professional without over selling. Yes, they do try to up sale you, but they don't use high pressure techniques.

We needed a water heater replaced. We considered several companies and narrowed to Cold Is On The Right and two others. Brendin, the crew lead, came by our home to assess the situation. We discussed options and decided to go tankless. Their price was competitive with other companies and we selected Cold Is On The Right because they were more knowledgeable and easier to work with than the other companies. Brenden showed up with a crew and made sure they knew exactly what to do and he went over everything with me. Their crews show up in twos, one master plumber and one assistant, so that while the master plumber is doing the technical work the assistant is handling everything else; very efficient which means saving us money. They covered our wood floors and carpet. Our original water heaters were removed, the attic was modified to mount the tankless and our tankless was installed and running in no time. I talked with the crews about what they were doing and about some other things we were considering, water softener for one. They were friendly, easy to work with and made useful suggestions. Everything was completed to our satisfaction including our flooring was kept in perfect condition. In the end I felt like they were part of the family. We love our tankless water heater and think Cold Is On The Right is the best choice.

Mini split system purchase and install.Installers were unpleasant and would not straiten the clearly unlevel indoor unit of system on wall even after I asked them to.Rather than use a proper base to put outdoor unit on they dug up some of our garden bricks and used them under the unit.Install is janky and unprofessional.I have requested the indoor unit be leveled by a different installer.I have used Efficient in the past so very surprised and disappointed.

I was able to get service the day of for an outside issue. What is was most impressed with was the honesty of Chris the plumber who arrived. He quoted me a price that was high compared to others but realized he quoted me incorrectly. This is hard to come by. Most plumbers are out to take you for everything in your time of need. I will definitely used them again.
