Juan Martinez diagnosed the plumbing issue within a short amount of time whereas other plumbers were baffled and didn’t know what was causing the problem. Juan was courteous and very professional. I had been without hot water for three days. Pierre drove to inspect it within 2 hours of my call, and he was able to get it turned back on! The water heater needs to be replaced, but he was able to get me back up and running!

I scheduled a service call for a leak in my kitchen sink. The technician came by and he took 20 mins to tell me what the problem is .He wasn’t even sure where the issue is and quoted me 680$ for replacing kitchen strainer which is not even the root of the leak.I could get a new sink for that. The quote is ridiculous.

Valve to waterline Ice maker box replacement.Lee explained everything well and made the trip to Home Depot to get necessary items. Work isn’t quite finished as HD had no ice maker box so the valve could not be replaced.Lee worked after 5pm taking the job as far as he could.When making the appointment the office was amazing. They worked super hard to have someone here within an hour and get my leak stopped.

Jon was very professional and worked very efficiently. Once he completed one job (both bathroom faucets needed to be repaired), he made sure it was working well before going on to the next job. This is by far one of the best companies around. We had a main line leak, with water running down the street; the city of Pflugerville was quick to shut the water main line to our house; unfortunately, the repairs fell on us. We called Plumb Quick and they sent us Rey who was able to come to our house within 2 hours. He assessed the situation, dug 2 feet down to find the pipe and repaired it. We don’t know what we would have done without Rey and Plumb Quck. They are honest, professional and hardworking. Thank you so much for saving us that day!

Long story short: we changed the batteries on our thermostat inside and the whole system stopped blowing cold air, yet the system was still blowing. Joshua from Goettl came out and tried to diagnose the problem for 3 hours. His conclusion was that the battery change on the thermostat was completely unrelated to the AC unit failing and told us the circuit board was “faulty” (I guess it was all coincidence for the entire system to fail after we had problems with the thermostat). After he tried to charge us $1500 for a new circuit board we looked elsewhere to get more help. A technician from Centex Air & Heat came out later in the day and diagnosed the problem with the thermostat. He changed the thermostat and $200 later everything is working fine. Be careful out there everybody!

Andy got my drain working again & did a yearly checkup on my hot water heater. He also fixed the wheel on my garage door which was very kind & helpful. He is a true professional!

Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater. One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad. Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater. I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars. Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing. He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape. At every step he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. You won't go wrong if you call Jim.

We had a busted pipe during the 2021 snow storm, and Mark braved the hazardous road conditions to come to our house and get our leak fixed. He was able to immediately identify where the leak was, and completed his repairs in no time. When the city restored water, we unfortunately found another busted pipe, and Mark made time for us and fixed it again. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and down to Earth.
