Jaun Martinez was very professional, friendly and courteous. He resolved our leak and it was fixed in no time flat. He also told us what not to put in garbage disposals that we were not aware of. He was most helpful and we hope to have him in the future if we ever need a plumber again. Thank you so very much Jaun Martinez.

We called A&T because we noticed rust in our hot water. They sent Chris to our house and he was very professional. Chris looked at the rusty connectors on our water heater and he offered solutions to both repair and replace the unit. We opted to replace the 12-year-old unit and Chris did a magnificent job. His installation is a work of art and I appreciate his attention to detail and superb craftsmanship. We will use A&T again for our plumbing needs.10/12/21 update: the gas regulator on the new water heater is defective. The pilot light wouldn't stay lit. We called A&T and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue over the phone and they had a plumber over the next day to fix it. Great service.

I am a fan! We have complex water heater issues at our home related to the original construction. There was no easy solution. Jeff spent much time problem solving instead of just ripping open walls which would have been much more costly. He came up with a solution that works perfectly. Ted and Jeff fixed other items in our home as well. I'm so thankful to find people that are top notch in their craft, kind, professional, easy to work with and very fairly priced. Thank you again for all the wonderful work!!!

I just used Fast Plumbing for a cracked water lines in front yard and I could have not had better service. Unexpected issues like this & especially before Christmas is stressful to say the least. After called multiple plumbing companies, Fast Plumbing was the only one able to address it same day. The young man, Mycol, that came out could not have been nicer. He was quite knowledgeable and he explained and showed me everything so I completely understood cause and how it needed to be fixed. He was very patient with all my questions and had a very calming disposition. He definitely helped ease my anxiety. Once it was repaired he showed me everything he had done. He filled holes back up & left front nice. Mycol also went over all invoice details before payment. Price was not as high as I was expecting either so that’s was a nice bonus. Ultimately I feel much better after using their services today. I would highly recommend Fast Plumbing and especially Mycol’s services.Theresa Medlin Crawford

After seeing their postings on Nextdoor and finding positive reviews on Yelp, I was eager to use a neighborhood business and gave them a call to schedule a visit for a leaking toilet. Super accommodating to schedule and great communication for appt confirmation and before service appt. Travis and his colleague were amazing, on time and very courteous. Found the problem in a matter of seconds and completed the job in short time. Great service and VERY affordable and accommodating. I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend.

I have used Dayton for several years now in 3 different homes and I cant say enough about how wonderful they are. I specifically ask for Bobby because he is one of my favorite people ever. They are professional, quick to come out, and so kind and helpful. They go above and beyond to explain things and how to prevent things, which is so helpful to me personally. I would never consider calling anyone but Dayton (we also use them at my place of work).

We noticed our water softener was not working at about 8 p.m.. I filled out an online service request and was contacted first thing the following morning. Steve G. from Stan's was at our home around 10 a.m. and later that day we had a new, working softener installed.Steve was a great representative for the company. He explained our options, answered our questions, helped us problem solve and kept in communication with as when he had to leave to pick up the new system and other supplies. Overall a very good experience and Steve was stellar!!!

I was out of town and we had a 3/4 presure regulator fail on our house. My wife called Benjamin Franklin and they charged her $460 for the regulator. Total job was well over $800. Be careful calling this company.

Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater. One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad. Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater. I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars. Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing. He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape. At every step he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. You won't go wrong if you call Jim.

I signed up for the Premium monthly membership and I must say, it has been the worst. The first 5 visits go rescheduled and I took off of work 2 of those days to be there and they didn't show. Next, My house is new, this was supposed to be routine check, nothing serious. Troy shows up to perform the inspection. 1st he decided to bypass a high voltage safety switch at the furnace. I asked him about it because I was standing there watching him. There were times that I had to leave and I could hear him falling and making all this noise. He completes his inspections after a few hours and leaves. The next morning, my heater didn't work, it was 30 degrees outside that day. The first thing I thought, that dang switch! Turned out after he came back, the logic board failed! Brand new communication board and a brand new house and it fails.I complained to his supervisor and he tried to back up his guy bypassing a safety switch, and make lt seem trivial. This is the worst company to deal with during this time. The inspection you ask? No, they never gave me any results, freon levels, a/c voltages good, is my furnace ok, nope, not nothing. I have been waiting on a call from the customer relations to cancel my membership. Again, you guessed it, NO CALL YET. This all started 9 months ago. Had they came out the first time and I had the board fail I might have just paid it. But it took them 8 months just to come out! Then, coincidentally the board fails at the exact time they come out...I have been paying monthly subscriptions for this. I will call someone else for my needs. My first ARS experience SUCKED!P.S. I'm not one to leave reviews but this was terrible service. I had too. And I've been waiting on a call from this Renee person for months. Bad form
